Here we go! Meet Mei and Shunxin at poster #306 now @CVPR #cvpr to discuss Fourier-basis functions to improve model robustness 🧑‍💻💪 @UTwente

If you are interested in model robustness, come to check our work at poster #306 on Thursday 17:15-18:45 @CVPR Mei and Shunxin will share our findings on using #Fourier-basis functions to complement existing visual augmentations – at Seattle, WA

DMB #cv group @UTwente contributions at @CVPR #cvpr2024: 1 paper in main conf, 1 workshop paper, chairing @WiCVworkshop, in 2 social organizations and 2 panel discussions! 💪🧑‍💻 @eTalaveraM – at Seattle, WA

Check before and after @CVPR , @ICCVConference @eccvconf rebuttal 😂

Unfortunately the big #Gundam in Yokohama was dismantled a few weeks ago, but at #icra2024 we can still see part of it! Heroes of childhood 😂🤖

I'll be at #ICRA2024 presenting our work (w/ @marialeyvallina and N. Petkov) "Regressing Transformers for Data-efficient Visual Place Recognition" Thu 16th, 13:30-15:00 (NT-G403) 1st time ever at #ICRA. Looking forward to meet the #robotics folks! arxiv.org/abs/2401.16304

had a great time @dagstuhl, with intense discussions about validation, robustness and generalisation in #bioimaging. Thanks to @JianxuChen @florianjug @LotusSapphire & Susanne Rakelaki for the invitation! I learned a loooot 🧑‍💻🔬

Mine is also a statue, "Il Cristo velato" in Naples

Voted as "favourite teacher" for Q1 by all computer science students @interactief @utwente Feels very good and I'm happy 😁 Especially if thinking of a comment received by one student 3 years ago on me being "the worst teacher in 12 years of education" 💪😂

Congratulations to @marialeyvallina on her #PhD defense today and getting the Dr. title from @univgroningen. I was honoured to give my first #laudatio, a personal address from supervisor to the new Doctor, for her - all the best, Maria!

Last week was #diversityweek @UTwente - it's a long road to make our society more inclusive and open to everyone, and treat everyone just as humans, but UT is at the forefront of this!
