We were in Abu Dhabi for Solana Breakpoint.
@FOMOBOYZS and @Frenchiee represented Nfinity throughout the event. It was a pleasure to meet and connect with everyone from the ecosystem.
Here’s a video recap ⬇️

GM everyone,
Following Michelin’s announcement yesterday, I want to address the end of the @Michelin3XPLR project, explain why I have been quiet recently, and share my perspective on what happened.
As the founder of @NfinityLabs and one of the main public faces behind M3C, staying silent while receiving your messages and questions was extremely difficult.
Until the official announcement, however, I was bound by legal and contractual confidentiality obligations.
When Michelin informed us that it intended to end the project, our team did everything within its power to propose an alternative.
We prepared extensive reports, market and risk analyses, new concepts, and several scenarios that could have allowed M3C to continue with minimal additional investment from Michelin.
But there is a limit to what an agency can decide.
We helped build and operate M3C alongside Michelin, but it was ultimately Michelin’s project, and the final strategic decision was not ours to make.
This outcome is incredibly painful for us.
For almost three years, we built M3C from the ground up, developed partnerships with some of the most established projects in Web3, organized dinners around the world, met our community, and constantly pushed Michelin further into the space.
The decision followed a change in internal strategic priorities.
The Michelin team that had worked alongside us for more than two years remained deeply committed to M3C, as did we. Unfortunately, despite everyone’s efforts, the final decision could not be reversed.
I also want to clarify why there had been no official communication from Michelin for the past few months.
During that time, the internal team (and ourselves) was doing everything it could to convince senior leadership to continue the project or find an alternative path forward. Discussions continued for months because the team genuinely wanted to explore every possible option before making the end of the project official.
But just like us, there were limits to what they could ultimately decide.
To every M3C holder and every friend I made along the way: I am sorry I could not provide the transparency you were used to while the situation was unfolding.
Your messages mattered, even when I was unable to answer them.
This decision has also had a significant impact on everyone at @NfinityLabs.
We fully understand the disappointment and frustration within the community because we share it.
We genuinely believed Michelin could prove that a major global company could build something meaningful and lasting in Web3, and for more than two years, it did.
I wish this story had ended differently.
Thank you to every holder, partner, community member, and Michelin team member who helped make M3C what it was.
I am now available to discuss the situation and answer your questions as openly as I can.
I'll definitely miss this community.

EthCC is coming to an end
Still cool, still a few good events but we definitely felt the bear market and global context
Hope we recover fast
Anyway who’s still in Cannes? 👀
