KNCCI Secretariat staff today participated in a sensitization training on the PWD Act 2025, facilitated by experts from The Next Step Foundation @NextStepfdn and the National Council for Persons with Disabilities (NCPWD) @Ncpwds .
The session covered global and local disability demographics, legal compliance requirements, organizational alignment from senior leadership to middle management, and the distinction between disability and impairment.
Organized in liaison with the KNCCI PWD Committee and attended by Chairman Raphael Waweru, the training strengthens KNCCI’s capacity to promote disability inclusion.
