We’re hitting the road next week and attending two exciting events!
📍 April 15–16 | Scottsdale, AZ
We're heading to the Arizona Alliance for Community Health Centers Conference to connect with leaders shaping the future of community health. If you're working to simplify operations, reduce administrative burdens, and deliver better outcomes for your community, stop by to meet our team!
📍 April 17–19 | Arlington, TX
At the Consortium of Independent Immunology Clinics Spring Conference, we’re joining independent allergy and immunology clinics to help support smarter workflows and stronger patient care. This is a great chance to collaborate with colleagues across specialty practices. We look forward to meeting you there! 👋
When you don’t know if a statement was ever received, everything downstream gets harder.
At Knoxville Orthopaedic Clinic, sending traditional mail made it harder to reach patients quickly and confirm they received their bills. With more than 520,000 visits a year, small inefficiencies added up fast.
With NextGen® Pay powered by InstaMed and Digital First Statements, the clinic made the shift to a more accessible, digital-first approach—sending secure statements by text or email and giving patients a faster way to view and pay.
The impact? In just three months, 96% of statements were delivered electronically, which reduced print volume and helped drive faster payments. They also saved on printing and postage costs. With real-time visibility into delivery and engagement, teams spent less time chasing statements and more time supporting patients.
