Easter Sunday. It's a busy day for the Frye Household. In the morning, there are toasted hot cross buns, and then everyone is packed up to head to the school for the morning sermon. It's not quite a law that there must be church involvement, but it helps grease the gears. -

Honestly, it was nice to hear what Daisy could do with those bone claws since Laura hadn’t had any real experience of her own natural claws. Always bringing a smile to her face when she heard about the discoveries and secrets. They were safe here. All of them.

Daisy was enthusiastic when she ran back telling Laura how so managed to split some of the logs with her claws. The fire was set, almost ready for cooking. Jacob had to explain he only let her slice the smaller kindling, to avoid any accidents.

Clover, yes. Fox… well, Laura wasn’t sure. And so far he was the one who caught colds and got stuffed up. Time would tell. And no matter what, he’d be just as loved as the girls. Speaking of Fox, he was busy jumping onto Laura on the grass, using her as a trampoline. -

Once at the lake, Jacob took in a deep breath. “I never get tired of fresh air that smells nice!” Were the twins as sensitive to smell as Laura and Daisy? They all could use the fresh air.
