A vacant lot in North Minneapolis is being transformed into a community hub featuring an outdoor plaza, craft cocktails, food, and space for artists to rent out. It’s on Lowry Ave. N and is called TAP IN. More on the vision tonight at 6! @WCCO @NewRulesNorth
