Spoons to become an "Oasis of Tranquility" 🤣
That said, never though we'd agree with something Spoons introduced.

Thanks for the mention, @Tom_Nicholas!
Does anyone know what bar this is?
Ballsy tactics given the fallout of dynamic pricing from the Oasis tickets drama.
Support your local tap rooms and drink proper indie beer!

So we're planning some new features for the app and what to add next.
What sort of things would you love to see in the app?
We're always interested to know what venues and customers would like from the app.
Let us know and we'll add the ideas to the list too.

We've been unable to keep up with the number of pub closures for a while now.
The names we see are often local institutions and hearts of their communities.
They're not asking for money, just not to lose 20% of takings immediately.
It will save businesses and jobs.
10% VAT now.
‘THIS IS AN EMERGENCY’ - MANCHESTER’S HOSPITALITY SCENE CALLS FOR GOVERNMENT TO REDUCE VAT TO 10%
Our hospitality scene is in crisis.
Restaurants across the country are closing at an alarming rate, and many chefs, owners and operators across Manchester are ‘on a cliff edge’.
They are calling for a reduction in VAT to 10% from the current crippling rate of 20%, more than double the average seen across Europe.
It would ease the pressure they’re facing from rocketing energy bills and the cost of raw materials.
Your favourite restaurant could close tomorrow.

Followers in Greater Manchester, make sure you follow @Sacha_Lord and jump on board this campaign.
When a borough is picked, give a shout out to the independent venues you love in that borough!
2.5 hours of walking later. We're at @HawksheadBrewer
Not going to be moving for a few hours, far too many beers to test 🤣
This is the reality behind the scenes of running an app like #Neverspoons.
We manually process data updates suggested by our users, and this specific task is becoming more frequent.
It's unfortunate to see so many independent pubs closing down.
👉🏻 Keep supporting your local!
We do love a good bottleshop!
We have far too many to list though 🙂

Always a sorry story to see businesses failing 😥 but, if there are any #independent pubs/bars in the North West/Manchester area looking to stock up, then you could do worse than this...
