Since my big autoclave died, I've been using this InstantPot pressure cooker exclusively for all my sterile work. Has not given me contam once and I often run various antibiotic-less media. I set it to max temp n pressure. Set to Pressure Cook mode 30mins. a.co/d/6Brnwgb
