Mothers - be they single or married - should try as much as they can to raise up boys who will treat women and girls and other men with respect, honor and dignity. Speak life to your your sons and remind them of their duty and role as caring and supportive leaders.

How about trying this way of doing things.
SGBV is mainly harvested as a fruit of an obsolete perception on gender roles in the society. Its normally a "how we used to do things" fight against "how about trying this way of doing things" #CollectiveResponsibility #menagainstSGBV

For male youth who have sexually abused women and girls, we educate and help them to adopt new habits that enables them to stop abusing women and girls as well as other boys and men. We empower them to be responsible and use their authority for good instead of harming others

Mostly GBV is as a result of gender and cultural norms . The unequal status between men and women . The belief that women should be like a possession to men and should treat men the way they want. This triggers violence and allows GBV.
