Bravo to @AirMailWeekly for giving βUnder The Cherry Moonβ and @iamjeromebenton some β€οΈ . UTCM has always been one of my favorites and I think the small minded white critics couldnβt see what was really going on. βHe had first asked Scorsese to direct, but Scorsese declined, reportedly joking, βThere canβt be two geniuses on set.β I think @wbd should re-release and give it itβs moment in the sun. And Scott-Thomasβ first role (that sheβs excellent in)! Amazing. βWe had fun didnβt we?ββ¦airmail.news/issues/2023-12-β¦
