The 2024 WOMEN RISING group show asked Bay Area female-identifying & non-binary artists to submit work that reflects on women’s rights around the world: in many places their erosion & decline as a result of governmental restrictions, war, climate change, immigration, racism & DV

As with all dark things, there are also opposite forces at work, resulting in positive change and illumination of movements underway both domestically and internationally, so we encouraged artists to shed light on those forces and needs.

The game is super crunchy and offered a lot of heavy decisions. The actions for everyone is picked by a single player on their turn. You can try to optimize your gameplay, but the planning was difficult when left in another player's control. I can't wait to try this again. 👍👍

Last week, Mitchell & I traveled to Canada. Vancouver and Victoria to be exact. We loved it there. We got to stay by the Harbour in Victoria & there were so many sea planes landing and taking off. It made me think of Yukon Airways. We had to play this game as soon as we got home.

We finally got the Rococo Deluxe Edition game to the table & it was fantastic. The game is just as good as I remember, but the upgraded art & components made it better. I love the theme of gathering materials and making beautiful dresses for a ball with a firework grand finale.
