A sign-off for the settlement of the controversial Paramount-Warner Bros. merger has been delayed as the federal court has allowed a briefing for the Block The Merger Coalition groups, who recently asked the judge to give them time to oppose the settlement.
The coalitions are expected to file a brief by tomorrow. If granted, the merger deal may receive an expensive delay.
