At @HHFTnhs we are rolling out digital appointment notifications which can be sent to a relative/carer if required. Paper letters still sent if they are not able to access them digitally. @Netcall #sustainableNHS

I'm incredibly proud to be part of this small team that prove #lowCode as a fundamental technology of #LocalDigital. We've learnt a lot from so many people and we're more than happy to share our knowledge @LDgovUK @maynleow @Netcall
We've added a pinned post to our blog cumbria.localgov.blog/2022/0… Our list of past and present projects, it's a work in progress, but wanted to get this published in case anyone wants to speak about work we have done previously. #localGovDigital #DigitalDirectory #ServiceDesign

Thanks for having us, it was great to be able to contribute to the discussion around customer engagement journeys and share learning.
Richard Farrell chaired a fantastic panel at What's Next 2021 discussing #customerengagement journeys. Thank you for the great insight into #insurance from Tesco Underwriting, #housing from @CVHA_ and #localgovernment from @CumbriaCC. Watch it here buff.ly/3E0sf9n

Seeing the work that @pdbrewer and @davebriggs are showing from Adur and Worthing/Croydon using the @netcall low-code platform is very inspiring. Would love to see how some of this can be lifted and shifted into the charity sector response to COVID very quickly /cc @RABillington

Each volunteer in our system gets a task list to their mobile (secure web page). They can toggle their availability and amend the hours available per week. Such vital work to help coordinate support for people at the moment. Volunteers living closest are suggested first.

It’s obviously nothing compared to what our friends and family in the NHS are doing but you feel you just have to do something. We’ve got people giving up their weekend working on other ideas, we’ll keep everyone updated as they come online.
We built a workforce capacity tool in 4 hours today, running off the HR app in our platform. Will help us have a live (daily updated) view of the number of hours available for COVID response duties across the whole org, and how many fully, partially and not remote working.

Really tough week, couldn’t be prouder of my team who have stepped up as ever to enable our contact centre staff to work from home, keep our website updated, support our Registration & ceremony service and pick up a flurry of new CV19 response work #localgov – at Carlisle, England
Yep. I'm proud that; we've enabled our contact centre to work from home. We're reaching out to problem solve and share solutions with other LAs. The team is working smarter AND harder. BUT it's so freaking exhausting!
