Stranieri e criminalità. Si dice spesso che uno straniero ha una probabilità 5-6 volte superiore di commettere reati rispetto a un italiano. È vero. Ma se si è irregolari, il tasso è 20 volte quello di un italiano. Se si è regolari, è quasi identico.

The full dataset is here: docs.google.com/spreadsheets… You can play by adding correlates. In my small model I control with a dummy on policy change (1: July 2017 and forward), and play with meteo data. No correlation still with NGOs' SAR activity.
