NPH is decentralized and the smart contract runs autonomously without the need for human interference. Although it does depend on an oracle and current liquidity is extremely low due to Beam's low adoption rates.
Its kind of wild that all this infrastructure has existed for years and been ignored. Then Zano comes along and everyone acts like they invented confidential assets.
