We've always wanted to give back to the open source community, and today we're starting with something from our own stack. Neomax is the first orchestrator we built for ourselves at Neotask. Give it a task and it plans the work, splits it into parts, and picks a provider and model for each one, with Claude, Codex, Kimi, OpenCode, and Grok subagents building side by side in their own worktrees. We run it across 10+ subscriptions every day, and it keeps every run alive through rate limits, restarts, and account swaps. Imported agents preserves their source provenance, original timestamps, session/project associations, and visible user, assistant, and tool activity. Neotask also records the import in its own ledger. We do not copy the provider’s private telemetry, hidden reasoning, or internal administrative audit logs.
