Heather Mason in SILENT HILL 3 was an absolute technical flex on PS2. 🤯🔥 This character model was reportedly built with around 8,000 polygons — on hardware from 2000. But what really sells it here is the lighting. 🌑 Shadows from the blinds actually wrap across her face 💡 Skin and clothing react beautifully to the scene lighting 👁️ Facial detail still holds up shockingly well 🎭 The atmosphere feels almost pre-rendered at times Konami was squeezing EVERYTHING out of the PS2. And this GIF is from a game released in 2003. Insane.

What I find most impressive about #SilentHill2Remake, #SilentHillf, & #SilentHillTownfall is that they were made by 3 different teams each tasked with maintaining what makes #SilentHill what it is while moving the series forward in their own way. 343 couldn’t do this with #Halo.

I want to get #SilentHillTownfall, but I’m not sure how well it runs on Lenovo Legion Go S (Z1 Extreme). I have PS5, too. I was playing Hellraiser on it & not only does it look gorgeous, but it runs great! Z1 is a surprisingly great graphics card that can handle demanding games.

I love that Tree gets around Bronzong. This is the Pult deck I played against. Interesting take with Mew. I took out 2 of them though with Froslass & Dusknoir. I’m net positive vs Bronzong.
