One Nation will fix Dr Jim Chalmers’ destructive budget experiments by reversing his capital gains tax and trust changes. One Nation will also protect negative gearing for up to two investment properties and vows to fight any plan by the Treasurer to impose death taxes and taxes on the family home.
One Nation leader Senator Pauline Hanson said Australians were paying for a Treasurer who had no idea what he was doing and the Albanese Labor government who just cannot stop spending and driving up inflation.
“Dr Jim Chalmers is experimenting on the Australian economy, and everyday Australians are his guinea pigs.” Senator Pauline Hanson said.
“He’s playing with your home, your rent, your business and your savings. When his experiments fail, Australians will pay dearly.
“He has smashed business confidence, cut off business investment and helped send the property market into free fall.
“Already, more than 1,100 households who bought through Labor’s expanded five per cent deposit scheme are now estimated to owe more than their homes are worth.
“Labor encouraged them into the market, then pulled the rug out from under them.
“They botched the ATO credit card ban and lied about their involvement. They were forced to back down on their widow tax. Now accountants warn Labor’s trust changes could cost Australians billions in unnecessary advice and restructuring.
“Labor couldn’t run a corner shop. But they know how to send one broke.

“Anthony Albanese has pulled the ladder up behind him on young people trying to break into the property market, protecting tax concessions for existing properties. This includes the Prime Minister’s own ocean view clifftop house in Copacabana, the hundreds of properties held by his own cabinet and the thousands of properties held by property tycoons.
“The Labor government must answer whether members of cabinet who benefited from grandfathering negative gearing concessions recused themselves from voting on the measures given their conflict of interest.
“Australians should be able to work hard, invest and get ahead. For many young Australians, an investment property was one way they could get a foot into the property market.
“One Nation will end this disastrous experiment and reverse Chalmers’ destructive budget experiments.
“And we will draw a line around the family home and stop any plans for Labor’s death taxes.
“It’s not enough that you already work several days a week to pay for Labor’s uncontrolled spending. Because Labor cannot control their own spending, they will keep coming back to shake you down for more.

How is it okay for the banks to not charge customers for sending money offshore yet when small business try to carry out transactions on credit cards in Australia they have to pay fees?
This is just another case whereby the our institutions are actively encouraging money to leave Australia.
You would think Australian Banks should be charging fees on money sent offshore rather than taxing Australian businesses wouldn't you!
I mean wouldn't they prefer to have a higher pool of domestic savings rather than rely on foreign debt?
This is just another reason why we need a public bank, a policy People First supports.

BREAKING: THE BIGGEST CLIMATE SCANDAL IN AUSTRALIAN HISTORY
The Albanese Labor Government has just been caught red handed. New forensic evidence suggests they are using a compromised Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) to fabricate a climate crisis that simply does not exist.
A explosive forensic audit led by investigator Tom Berger and retired scientist Geoff Sherrington has uncovered widespread, systematic errors and fake readings within the BOM’s raw climate data.
We aren't talking about minor glitches, we are talking about copy and pasted data designed to make the past look cooler and the present look warmer.
The audit exposed blatant data manipulation at the Sydney Observatory:
•The Fabricated Data: Minimum temperatures from August 1907 were found completely duplicated and inserted into the August 1867 record.
•The Cover-Up: The Australian fact-checked the National Archives and confirmed this "double-up" does not exist in the original handwritten records. The online data used to justify sweeping climate policies is completely wrong.
For years, the BOM has operated on a “trust us” basis. Dr David Evans, the scientist who built Australia’s carbon accounting software, warns that this “secret climate business” mirrors the worst days of fraudulent medical drug trials, where researchers were under immense pressure to exaggerate results to fit a narrative.
Labor is terrified of an independent audit because they know their Net Zero house of cards will collapse if the public sees the real numbers.
Dr Jennifer Marohasy confirmed that outside of Adelaide, there has been no proper audit of Australia's weather stations.
If our historical data is corrupted with fake inputs, the AI forecasting models used for future planning become entirely useless.
The Albanese Government doesn't want the data audited because the data doesn't support their narrative.
They are destroying our economy, killing our energy grid, and forcing Net Zero targets on regular Australians based on copy and pasted climate fiction.

Some college conservatives, especially Gen Z men, are frustrated with her leadership and are questioning whether she can deliver the same firebrand energy her husband did. The organization’s influence and ability to mobilize young voters the way it has in the past is now uncertain.
They are also frustrated that Turning Point 2.0 is focused on pandering to the administration and avoiding any conflict with Trump, rather than speaking out on the issues Charlie was addressing before his death. The hottest day ever officially recorded in Australia, using a standard Stevenson screen at a government weather station, was 125 °F (51.7 °C) on Sunday, 3 January 1909, at Bourke, New South Wales.
For decades this was long recognised as Australia’s hottest day.
However, it didn’t fit the “global warming” narrative. For if, as alarmists assert that “climate change” is causing unprecedented record heat, how could our hottest-ever day have occurred back in 1909?
So just as Orwell described in 1984, the Bureau of Meteorology (BOM) rewrote history. "Every record has been destroyed or falsified, every book rewritten, every picture has been repainted, every date has been altered. And the process is continuing day by day and minute by minute ….. Nothing exists except an endless present in which the Party is always right.”
The BOM’s excuse for erasing this record was that the observer at the Bourke Post Office in January 1909 supposedly made a mistake. "Observer error" someone at the BOM decided from a desk in Canberra a century later.
The BOM’s justification for declaring it a “mistake” was the assertion that no nearby weather station recorded a similar temperature spike on the same day, so therefore the 125 °F reading at Bourke must have been an error.
But that claim by the BOM is a LIE.
Before COVID, I personally visited the Australian National Archives to examine the original handwritten meteorological observation books because I no longer trusted the BOM after some of their earlier data manipulations.
The archived observation book from the official weather station at Brewarrina — the nearest official station to Bourke, just 100 km away — recorded a maximum temperature of 50.6 °C (123 °F) on the very same day in January 1909. The hottest temperature ever recorded there.
Thus, we had two official government weather stations only 100 km apart both independently recorded extreme heat on the same day: Bourke 125 °F and Brewarrina 123 °F.
Game, set, match.
The Bourke record must be reinstated and the BOM held accountable for their malfeasance and fraudulent attempt to rewrite our history.
One of my regrets is that the human-rights abuses inflicted upon Australians during the COVID years, along with the malfeasance at the TGA, distracted me from pursuing this matter in Parliament further at the time.
Any organisation that can so brazenly and fraudulently tamper with historical data, as the BOM has done, simply cannot be trusted.
I’d bet London to a brick that the very same people at the BOM who fraudulently altered our climate history have their fingers all over the $100 million of taxpayers’ money they’ve spent “updating their website”.
There should be a full investigation into the Bureau of Meteorology.

This whole credit card fee schmoozle has just been a massive cost shifting exercise from the banks onto the taxpayer and small business.
Jim Chalmers needs to resign over this and if he doesn’t then Albanese should sack him.
Why should banks be getting a free pass in the middle of a cost of living crisis?
The return on equity of the banks is greater than 10% or in excess of $40 billion despite being backed by the taxpayer whenever things get shaky.
If anyone can absorb the costs of credit cards it’s the banks.
It’s bad enough that Labor is ideologically flawed, but to know the impacts of these costs on small business and do nothing about it is unforgivable.

The ATO's decision in late September to stop accepting credit card payments from December 1 sparked backlash from the business community, which eventually forced an intervention from the prime minister and the treasurer to underwrite the costs and allow credit cards to be accepted by the tax office until mid-2027.
Mr Mulino today said he and Treasurer Jim Chalmers were first made aware of the ATO's intentions months ago.”
