Wow! Another Essex County school district with financial issues.
Last week, I raised serious concerns with the Commissioner of Education about Newark’s troubling audit findings, and requested some level of state oversight. Now, see what a candidate for Nutley BOE is saying!
There is also significant fiscal issues in the schools that were in the Governor’s former backyard. Not sure another Jersey City bailout is possible 🤦♀️
💸Nutley has a multimillion-dollar deficit and state fiscal monitor.
💸Belleville has been operating with a state fiscal monitor since 2014.
💸Montclair's multi million deficit was widely reported and who knows if ever addressed.
💸East Orange and West Orange have had significant fiscal challenges, and significant cuts.

"FINISH IT": Republican Senate candidate and Navy veteran Justin Murphy delivered a blunt answer when asked about Trump's approach to Iran during a New Jersey debate.
Murphy also challenged Sen. Cory Booker's record in Washington, questioning why the Democrat blames Trump while serving in the branch of government responsible for writing laws, taxes and budgets.
New Jersey hasn't elected a Republican to the U.S. Senate since 1972 — a decades-long streak that adds another dimension to the race.

Half a billion dollars. For a lease. Not ownership.
The state approved Newark’s school deal just two weeks after an audit exposed questionable spending and referred certain matters for possible criminal investigation.
Meanwhile, districts across New Jersey are going without.
I’m standing with my colleagues to fight this deal, and we’re not giving up.

Mirroring riots from the USA, where pallets of bricks were delivered to the centre of disorder.
Pallets of glasses bottles dropped into the middle of French riots.
Find out who did this, and you're half way to finding the truth.
Western liberals imported the third world into France and other countries in the name of diversity and compassion. They ignored fundamental questions of assimilation and compatibility. They were told it would lead to this and they didn't listen.
I pray that France, a beautiful country of amazing people, will stop this madness before more of its landmarks burn.
And I hope Americans are paying attention. This is the future congressional Democrats seek for your country.

Local NJ Town Taxes Explained - Newark
These are 2025 figures from the NJ Division of Local Government Services, the latest it has posted, compared with 2024. Newark's average residential bill was $7,640.42, up from $7,237.59. That's $402.83 more, or 5.6%. The split was 58.0% municipal ($4,428), 29.1% school ($2,221), and 13.0% county ($991). The city's portion went up $365 (9.0%), schools went up $49 (2.3%), and the county portion went down $11 (1.1%). Schools take the biggest share in 468 of NJ's 564 towns, but not in Newark because they pump in $1.3B outside the district, their cost should be above $19K, it's ridiculous for the people of NJ to subsidize over a Billion for one district
New segment called NJ Taxes by Town, lmk if you want your area looked into
Did you know Asbury Park's average home tax bill hit $11,176 in 2025, up $1,867 (+20.1%) from $9,308 in 2024. The big driver: the school portion jumped $1,540 (+32.7%) and now makes up 55.9% of the bill. Municipal 32.0%, county 12.1%

Sending monitors to election polls does not sow distrust in elections—quite the contrary!
Tonight on @60Minutes, I explained it is routine for @theJusticeDept to monitor election sites to repair the distrust already present in the system due to voting irregularities.
