Farage promised Brexit would deliver economic freedom and control of our borders. Instead, it weakened growth, erected barriers with our largest market and destroyed the European cooperation Britain relied upon to manage migration.
Farage now says reopening the Brexit debate is a gift to him. Good. Let him defend the damage.

Also, not clear what's behind Farage's decision to not attend the count. But in 1984 Margaret Thatcher spoke to her party conference hours after the Brighton bombing. Her security officials begged her to return to London. She refused. Leadership means taking a stand sometimes.
