Update… spoke to someone boarding passengers on easyJet flight to gatwick he doesn’t know anything. @easyjet said it was cancelled then it’s not and won’t get back to them. Total rage setting in #findflightezy2056

Flight EZY2056 where are you? Anyone @easyJet @easyJet_press care to inform its customers stuck at the gate… not even main terminal. 4 hours and counting. Estimated 6 hours and not a peep!!!!!

At 11 am if my flight was cancelled I would’ve understood. At 1pm at the airport plane was 30mins late then 3 and now an expected 6. Meanwhile at 3pm the app said get to the gate you are good to go. @easyJet @easyJet_press not impressed. Issues happen it’s how you deal with it!

Thanks for the app update @easyJet for another 3 hour delay. How can you not know that a plane would be delayed 5-6 hours ago where we could have made alternative plans. I’d rather you would have cancelled it then. You know how to make a bad situation worse. Thanks!!!!
