As someone practicing almost exclusively #neuroanesthesia, scalp blocks are my most satisfying blocks. Nothing like an awake patient waking up comfortably and being able to participate in a neurological assessment at the end of an all day craniotomy. @ASRA_Society @SNACCNeuro
