I’ve taken the decision not to stand as Lib Dem candidate in Edinburgh West at the next GE. It has been a fantastic decade. I want to thank @EdwardJDavey for all his support over the years. I’m confident our next chapter will be even more successful and I’m sad I won’t be there.

My nephew has been waiting for a CAMHS assessment for six years. He has not attended school since the pandemic, he hasn’t been seen by anyone outside of his home in five years. He has been failed by every single state body from the school, the NHS, Glasgow City Council and SG.
Read verbatim from the piece of paper in front of him. He doesn’t even care enough to grasp what he’s talking about.

We need clarity on this now. We have local elections less than a year away. The Scottish Government needs to get a move on and get their full proposals put forward for scrutiny
Scottish Government want Scotland's 32 councils radically redrawn - an "opening proposition" would see 6 to 10 strategic regional authorities and 120-160 community authorities focused on local decision-making.
