min heejin baru saja mengonfirmasi bahwa kontrak newjeans disusun oleh tim hukum hybe. saat kontrak itu dibuat, ador belum memiliki tim hukum independen sendiri.
dijelaskan bahwa isi kontrak tersebut tidak bisa disahkan hanya dengan persetujuan ceo ador. prosesnya harus melalui persetujuan tim hukum hybe, cfo(direktur keuangan), dan ceo. selain itu, dua dari tiga direktur internal juga harus mendapatkan persetujuan dari dewan direksi hybe.

> HYBE/ADOR sent the docs to New York Times and told them to frame Min Hee-jin as the main person behind it.
> New York Times refused and instead framed HYBE/ADOR as the ones behind it.
> HYBE releases statement denying that the contract is bad claiming it doesn’t violate human rights.
> They add however that NY Times refused their request to name Min Hee-jin as the one behind it.
New York Times linked an article by Star News that sourced our Copenhagen Studio post claiming ADOR teased NewJeans comeback.
In reality ADOR didn’t tease any comeback.
In conclusion it seems like a failed media play intended for foreign audience that backfired badly because unlike Korean outlets, New York Times didn’t comply.
NY Times seems to be well aware of what is going on.

Ador is now saying mhj was responsible for the contract. funny how they never mentioned that when it suited them, and only bring it up now that the NYT exposed the clauses. If she had that much power, why is hybe still in control of everything after they kicked her out?

Klarifikasi langsung dari salah satu VBunnies tentang narasi Hanni di boikot negara Vietnam itu tidak benar.
Hanni sangat dicintai oleh Vietnamese Bunnies, bahkan semua penggemarnya tau bahwa Hanni juga sangat mencintai Vietnam.
