Oliver Holt reporting that the Premier League is leaning toward a points deduction relegating Man City to the Championship is the ultimate PR cover-up. Everton got docked 8 points for a minor arithmetic error and a £16m PSR overspend. Relegating them without stripping their illegally won Premier League titles is a complete protection job by the PL. A decade of deliberate, systemic deception isn't fixed by giving them a 1-year Championship vacation. Strip every single title and send them straight to Non-League.
