New York Democrats have declared WAR ON THE AMISH. Thanks to their unconstitutional attack on religion, they're now able to fine EACH unvaccinated Amish child $2,000 EVERY SINGLE DAY.

The $118,000 bill is one day, not the cap. Three one-room schools alone already owe that much for 59 children, at $2,000 each.

Health Commissioner Mary Bassett imposed it on December 15, 2022. She called the sum conservative because it assumed only one day out of compliance.

Dygert Road was billed $52,000 for 26 children. Pleasant View was billed $46,000 for 23.

Shady Lane was billed $20,000 for 10.

Footnote 9 of the Second Circuit opinion records the state's view. Each day an unvaccinated student attends is a fresh violation and a fresh $2,000 fine.

Another day for those 59 children is another $118,000. A 180-day year at that rate is about $21 million, and the families say they cannot pay the first bill.

Joseph Miller, Jonas Smucker, and Ezra Wengerd run the schools. The schools sit in Clymer and Heuvelton, plus the Canajoharie settlement, and take no public money.

They had a religious exemption for decades. On June 13, 2019, Democrats repealed it after measles spread through Orthodox Jewish neighborhoods in Brooklyn and Rockland County.

Governor Andrew Cuomo signed the bill. Governor Kathy Hochul left it in force.

A parent may not excuse a child for faith.

Senator James Skoufis said the exemption was made up and fake. Assemblyman Jeffrey Dinowitz called it utter garbage.

Counsel Aaron Siri told the New York Post the families can pay only if the state takes their land. Some in the community have talked of leaving the state.

The case is Miller versus McDonald. The Second Circuit ruled against them on June 30 in 2026.

Given that she is currently a congressional nominee, not a Member of Congress, and appears to have discussed facilitating support contrary to current U.S. policy as well as describing our country an “empire” that has “stolen from us” (referring to herself as well), I hope the administration will review whether these communications warrant investigation under the Logan Act.

Hello and welcome to our small family farm in central Florida!
Our family has organically raised dairy goats and chickens since 2012. We love what we do and we appreciate each and every one of our customers.
We started with just 5 goats and a handful of chickens, and from there, our farm, flock, and herd grew to 45 goats and almost 300 chickens! It's still considered small, or even hobby sized, and that's ok with us! We're having a blast taking care of our animals, making soaps, cheese, lotions, getting farm fresh eggs and delicious fresh milk. I wouldn't trade this life for anything!
We run a chemical-free farm, that means no herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, or any other -cides will touch this farm, ever. We want our animals safe and natural and our food to be clean.
I grow various herbs in my garden, fruit trees, vegetables, and even awapuhi, which we make shampoo bars with seasonally.
I make some of my own essential oils and hydrosols to scent our goat yogurt soaps and lotions, and all of the herbal extracts that go into our remedies such as fire cider and our alcohol-free tinctures.
Everything I make takes time, is made in small batches, and is made with the low and slow method. I rarely put heat to anything unless I'm making a decoction (a strong tea/extract) because I work with living probiotics from our homemade apple cider vinegar to our probiotic facial moisturizers.
Our family of 4 has recently turned into a family of 3 as we lost my husband to brain cancer in 2025, we have since moved our home and downsized the farm to suit what we can handle without him and taken our sales 100% online.
My dairy goats remain at my good friends farm where we share the milking responsibilities, the feed bill, and lots of laughs almost every morning. We are continuing the dream, taking one day at a time, and honoring his memory always🙏
We appreciate each and everyone of you and your support of our little farm over the years, we will keep going ♥️

The outrage has been loud and consistent after RAIR Foundation USA's exposed the Pakistanification of Texas!
Yet here we are in 2026.
Harris County officials once again issued a formal proclamation declaring August 14 “Pakistan Day,” complete with flag-raising ceremonies and glowing tributes....
At the exact same time, an Islamic mob in Pakistan chanting “Labbaik Ya Rasool Allah” attacked churches and Christian homes after a Christian family was falsely accused of blasphemy.
No court. No investigation. Just accusations, arson, and jihadi mob justice - with reports linking local clerics (of course).
This is the same Islamic country where blasphemy laws are routinely weaponized against minorities, where justice for burned churches is almost nonexistent, and where Islamic terror networks operate with disturbing freedom.
How does a red state that claims to stand for American values and the rule of law allow its officials to subvert the clear will of the people like this?
How do Harris County leaders get away with rolling out the red carpet for a regime whose track record on Christians is written in ash and blood?
This is a deliberate signal that the concerns of ordinary Texans - about security, assimilation, and the export of values that crush religious minorities can be ignored.
Harris County officials who signed off on this should be held accountable.
Texas voters didn’t ask for this. They’ve been clear.
And yet the proclamations keep coming.
