1/6 @AppleSupport @Apple Dad here. Apparently “free-to-play” was more of a loose guideline in my son’s mind. 😅 After months of detective work, I’ve documented 350+ in-app purchases totaling over $2,500.

5/6 I’ve got the purchase history, dates, order details, game names, amounts, and a reconciliation so we don’t ask for reimbursement on anything already refunded. At this point I have enough spreadsheets to qualify for honorary Genius Bar status. 😂

6/6 I’m not asking Twitter to refund me. I’m just trying to reach the right person at Apple who can manually review this. Can someone point this tired—and apparently financially outsmarted—dad toward the Apple Billing/Media Services escalation team? 🙏

My wife just had a ‘crunchy’ surprise in our soup from @panerabread at 1:30 PM CST today – a plastic piece! Not exactly the secret ingredient we were hoping for. 😅 She nearly choked! Attached a photo for the curious. How about we keep it to just soup next time? #FoodSafety" – at Affton, MO
