What a pleasure and honour it is to be guide runner for blind GB para-triathlete athlete Rachael Elliott. It's coming up to the one-year anniversary of us hooking up for the Windsor Women's 10k (which she won outright!!!) and here we are in action today.

Call me stupid but I'm just about to let my 16 year old daughter fly me around Berkshire and she can't even drive yet. Good news is the plane has an engine as I made her check!

Pleased to say that my sight loss / visually impaired guide runner licence is 'in the post' after completing training with @EnglandAthletic earlier this week. I will soon be on a national database and available to guide any blind or VI runner within a reasonable distance of Ascot
5 years ago today 💔. Forever remembered. Happy times and many memories, thank you for them all Dudley. 🙏

Great to see @AscotUnitedFC supporting @SellBeforeWeDai campaign to save @ReadingFC in their program this weekend #WeAreAscot #Yellas #readingfc
I've turned the England game off. Sick of VAR. What was that stupid penalty decision all about?! Feel sorry for Lewis who is playing well. Ruined both the game and his debut.
Great result for @AscotWomenFC today edging out a resilient @Winchcityflyers to keep pace at the top. A game played in good spirit despite increasingly drab weather. Here's how I saw it today.

Just watched a fantastic advert for the @SthRgnWFL as @AscotWomenFC fought back to draw 2-2 with @BmthSportsLFC. Credit to both sides today in warm conditions going toe to toe. Report is on our site. ascotunited.net/ascot-fight-…
After a year of torment and a knee injury that might have finished me, today, in my 22nd consecutive Henley Half marathon, I finished 3rd overall. It's possible to get yourself back if you do the right things and want it enough.

Cracking night last night @Fradi_HU in Europa conf. league. 1-0 down to slack marking they fought back, cracking distribution by keeper dibusz leading to 2nd goal, Abu Fani good in MF and Marquinhos woke up on wing. Right decision to pull Owusu off and stick Cebrail wide. Won 3-1

Excellent opening day win for @AscotWomenFC against @WWFCWomen today, who to their credit never gave up at 4-0 down, especially in the stifling heat. 4-1 the full time result and here is how I saw it via the match report link. Up The Yellawomen!

It's taken me 5 days of pinching myself before writing this. What a privilege to have followed @AscotUnitedFC this season and also to announce the team pitchside at @wembleystadium . In @jamietompkins4 we have a superb conductor leading an orchestra of brilliant footballers!
