This October, we honor the brave breast cancer survivors and recommit ourselves to every individual impacted by a cancer diagnosis. I was proud to take part in the Rays of Hope Walk in Springfield, walking alongside survivors, advocates, families, and members of our community in support of breast cancer awareness. Their strength and resilience are a powerful reminder that no one should have to face cancer alone. Fighting cancer takes a community. Let’s continue to raise awareness about the importance of early detection, accessible and affordable health care, and robust medical research as we work toward better treatments and, ultimately, a cure. Representing over 820,000 federal and District of Columbia government workers across nearly 1,000 local unions nationwide, including thousands of dedicated public servants here in MA, the AFGE offers critical worker support. From advocating for fair wages and protecting retirement security to ensuring safe working conditions and accessible health benefits, AFGE provides a crucial voice for the workforce that keeps our nation running.
I’m proud to stand alongside them, ensuring our federal workers receive the dignity and representation they deserve.

Here in Massachusetts’ first district, over 191,000 residents are estimated to rely on Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits. This World Food Day, we are reminded that no family should have to worry about where their next meal is coming from. Throughout my time in Congress, I've remained steadfast in my commitment to ending food insecurity and ensuring families, children, and seniors have access to the nutrition they need to thrive. This includes protecting critical nutrition assistance programs like SNAP and WIC, which provide a critical lifeline to millions of Americans every day. I hope you'll join me in that fight. As we close out Hispanic Heritage Month, it’s important we take a moment to recognize the contributions of all the vibrant and resilient Hispanic and Latino communities here in Massachusetts. Latino history is American history, and it deserves to be celebrated not just this month but every day.

Grateful for the endorsement of the Massachusetts AFL-CIO! Representing nearly half a million union members and over 750 local unions across our Commonwealth, the Mass AFL-CIO is at the forefront of the fight to improve the lives of working families through economic, social, and workplace justice. It’s no secret that here in Massachusetts, union workers built the middle class. Every fair wage, safe workplace, and pension standard enjoyed today was championed by the work of our union brothers and sisters. When union labor succeeds, our communities thrive. Let's continue the fight for working families in Massachusetts!

To the Alliance members across the Commonwealth and millions nationwide: thank you for your trust in my campaign and your steadfast commitment. President Trump's reckless war has caused heating oil costs across the state to increase by 75% since last year. For households already grappling with the impacts of rising costs, that means hundreds of extra dollars just to stay warm this winter. No family should have to choose between putting food on the table and keeping their children safe and warm. Join me in the fight to lower costs and protect working families. wwlp.com/news/local-news/ris…

Honored to have received an endorsement from the Brady PAC and its sister organization, the Brady Campaign to Prevent Gun Violence! Too often, our failure to implement stronger rules on guns has harmed the most vulnerable in our society. From Columbine High School, to Sandy Hook Elementary, to Parkland, FL, and Uvalde, TX, gun violence has claimed far too many lives. That’s why I support a federal assault weapons ban, universal background checks, expanded CDC funded gun violence prevention research, and a 21+ age requirement to purchase firearms. Let’s continue the fight to advance comprehensive gun violence prevention legislation together! bradypac.org/brady-pac-annou…
