Not true, the one written 250 on the neck is the normal one you can buy at supermarkets, Liqour stores and restaurants, so on and the other one is for the travel retail ( what people call duty free).

Remember this, Alcohol Labelling differs by country based on its. Alcohol legislation.
Veuve meant for the Nigerian markers, for example, will be labelled differently from the one meant for the South African market.
In fact, new South African legislation requires, the importer to register the barcode and have their contact details at the back label.
