On the fence about applying to give talks at PHPTek. I could DEFINITELY do a talk on MessageFormat - as I feel that's still an under-known/utilized portion of PHP, especially with stuff like Marko making their own pluralization engines. Can't think of additional topics though

I _guess_ I could talk about Warden and cool things it can do with Magento? But I'm incredibly hesitant to push Warden too hard in the wider PHP space as I have NOT been doing a stand-up job as it's.. Warden. I'm not sure I want more eyes on that..

and I mean, overall.. it's imposter syndrome. I feel very siloed in the space and like I really don't know enough to be giving talks. I look (up to and) at people like Larry Garfield and definitely feel like a tiny fish in a massive pond.

A neat smart watch would be one that's like the Pixel Watch combined with the Fitbit Air. You have a watch band with a small sensor built into it and a watch face. You take the face off at night to charge and when you put it back on it wirelessly charges the band sensor

‼️ BREAKING: Journalists hid an Airtag in a rare book shipment and confirmed Amazon to be one of the buyers behind the bulk orders destroying rare-books to feed their AI. They tracked it to Amazon's LAS8 warehouse in Las Vegas, home to VGT3 (see logo below), a scanning operation feeding Amazon's AI training data, where workers say they cut the bindings off books to scan them faster. Amazon won't say why the books are destroyed.

Mitch McConnell is dead, and this Proof of Life photo was a rushed rough draft. The newspaper is AI and doesn't exist. He's wearing jeans in a hospital bed. His hand is operating a computer mouse. Elaine Chao had escaped to China, but now she's back and she's implicated in the cover up. These are giant piles of crimes for everyone involved, which now includes Vance and Chao. I love this for them. None of this detective work is mine. He died in June.
