YouTube terminated channels for “circumvention” because a friend’s account, once logged in on my device, was terminated. My appeal was rejected within hours. No explanation.
Circumvention means making a new channel to bypass a termination. My main channel was created in 2023, long before I ever logged into my friend’s account. It was never created to evade anything.
I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for a real human review, not another copy-paste reply.
I worked hard to reach 1,000+ subscribers. Please don’t let a small creator’s work disappear without a fair chance to be heard. 🙏

My channel “Rodrick Lighting Production's” was terminated earlier for alleged Community Guidelines violations. I went through the official appeal process and later filed a dispute through the EU Digital Services Act out-of-court dispute body.
The Appeals Centre issued a default decision in my favour because the platform did not provide sufficient information about the alleged violation. The case has now been forwarded to the platform for review.
Could you please help check whether this decision has been received and whether my channel termination can be reviewed again in light of the dispute body’s findings? I submitted

My viewers keep asking where Part 2 is. I’ve finished writing the episode, but I haven’t produced it yet. I don’t know how to tell them that I’m trying, but I’m struggling.
YouTube took away my monetization on August 5 for “unsatisfying or off-putting content.” It’s been over a month, and I still haven’t received a clear explanation of what specifically is wrong with my films.
Writing an episode takes me three to four days, working through the concept, scenes, dialogue and rewrites. That’s before production even starts. I do this alone. I don’t have a team.
I wanted to build Nova AI Films into a brand people would remember and come back to. I wasn’t trying to farm views or push out anything that would make money. I cared about the stories, and my viewers cared enough to ask for more.
That’s why this hurts so much. I have the next episode written and people waiting to watch it, but I’m struggling to move forward.
I’ve been feeling really down, but I keep posting here every day, hoping someone at YouTube will see my case and help.

I wanted to spend today making my next film. Instead, I’m here again, trying to get someone at YouTube to listen.
I built Nova AI Films to tell stories. It grew to 70,000 subscribers. People started waiting for the next episode, and I started believing I could really make something of this.
Now every time I work on a new scene, I wonder whether I can afford to finish the stories I’ve started.
Since August 5, my monetization has been removed and my revenue is withheld. I’ve appealed, contacted support and paid for legal help. I still haven’t received a clear explanation of what specifically is wrong with my films.
I haven’t stopped creating. But I’m tired of having to keep asking for my work to be looked at.

@TeamYouTube I’m asking one more time for a genuine HUMAN review of the ERR Squad channel termination.
ERR Squad was a group channel that several of us had access to and contributed to. The termination was based on Bullying & Harassment involving 1–2 videos that were posted roughly a year before the channel was terminated. There had been no new ERR Squad uploads for around 2 months before the termination.
What makes this especially frustrating is that we have tried repeatedly to explain the context and appeal the decision, but it feels like we keep receiving the same response without anyone actually looking at the full situation.
One of the videos that was previously removed from the channel had actually been appealed and reinstated, which showed that there was context that needed to be considered. The content on ERR Squad was edgy group content with jokes, arguments, teasing, and profanity, but it was never created with the intention of targeting or seriously harming someone.
I also want to make it clear that I am NOT asking YouTube to ignore its policies. If specific content violated the rules, I understand that YouTube has every right to remove that content. What I am asking for is a fair review of whether terminating the entire channel was appropriate, especially considering the age of the content, the fact that the channel had been inactive for months, and the circumstances surrounding a group account.
This channel meant a lot to us. It wasn’t just an account sitting around—we spent years creating videos, building memories, and working together on it. Losing the entire channel has affected more than just our ability to upload videos.
I’ve also been trying to follow YouTube’s policies and avoid making the situation worse. I’m not trying to circumvent enforcement or create another account to replace ERR Squad. I simply want the original decision reviewed properly.
Please don’t just send another automated response or tell me that the decision has been “double checked.” I’m asking for ONE real person to look at the history of ERR Squad, the specific videos involved, the dates they were uploaded, the circumstances of the group account, and the appeals that have already been submitted.
If, after a genuine manual review, YouTube still believes the termination was correct, I will respect that decision. But after everything that has happened, I believe we deserve at least one thorough human review before the door is permanently closed.

Look what YouTube Support does to creators.
They terminated my first channel with no warning.
I contacted Support and asked what I was allowed to do.
I asked:
“So as long as the other channels ain’t linked to this terminated email’s channel, I’m fine?”
They replied:
“Yes, that’s correct.”
I followed their advice and continued growing a pre existing channel that was on a different email to 40K subscribers in 5 months (1.1K videos • 10M+ views • zero violations).
Months later they terminated that channel anyway because of the first channels removal
Support gave me the green light.
I did exactly what they said.
They still took everything.
This is how YouTube treats creators who actually try to follow the rules.

YOUTUBE, THIS MAKES ZERO SENSE.
My original channel had 271 CLEAN VIDEOS.
The last 50 videos were heavily focused on CTA Shorts telling viewers that if they wanted help with the Aquatic Base event, they could find me on Roblox.
I was also HELPING PEOPLE while doing this. I had followers elsewhere who can tell you that too.
I never used links. I wasn’t intentionally forcing users to leave YouTube.
All I did was show my Roblox profile picture and username and tell viewers they could find me on Roblox if they wanted help with the event.
I didn’t show the Roblox app. I didn’t demand that anyone leave YouTube.
PEOPLE COULD HAVE JUST SCROLLED PAST AND MOST DID.
There was nothing forcing users to leave YouTube.
During those 5 days, my channel grew from 7K → 25K subscribers.
I overused a growth tactic without realizing I was breaking a rule.
THAT’S IT.
This wasn’t me sending people to harmful websites.
This wasn’t a scam.
This wasn’t me trying to hurt anybody.
It was an ACCIDENTAL, HARMLESS GROWTH TACTIC that I overused.
And instead of a warning telling me to stop, I got BANNED FOR LIFE.
Now look at my SECOND CHANNEL.
1,100+ CLEAN VIDEOS.
Almost 5× more videos than my original channel.
NO CTA VIDEOS. NO CTA CONTENT.
It was completely different and grew to 40K SUBSCRIBERS IN 5 MONTHS through regular, clean gaming content.
And to make this even worse, my second channel wasn’t removed at the same time as my first.
It was removed during a DOCUMENTED YOUTUBE OUTAGE that caused my second channel to look like spam.
I keep showing proof of what happened, yet I still can’t get a REAL REVIEW of my case.
And what exactly did removing my channel keep safe?
Before any of this, most of my subscribers were already ROBLOX USERS.
They came to YouTube because they were looking for help with the event. They were already playing Roblox.
I DIDN’T FORCE ANYONE TO LEAVE YOUTUBE.
Most of those users were going to Roblox themselves anyway because that’s literally the game they already played.
Whether my channel existed or not, they were still going to leave YouTube to play Roblox.
YOU DIDN’T KEEP THEM SAFE BY REMOVING MY CHANNEL.
You just took away the YouTube community I spent months building.
Put BOTH channels together.
That’s roughly 16 MONTHS of clean content and history.
Compared to 5 DAYS of CTA-focused content.
WHY DOES 5 DAYS OVERRIDE 16 MONTHS OF CLEAN HISTORY?
Seriously, how does that make sense?
A warning would have changed everything.
If you had warned me, I would have stopped immediately.
HOW ARE CREATORS SUPPOSED TO LEARN IF YOU SKIP THE WARNING AND GO STRAIGHT TO A PERMANENT BAN?
I made a mistake.
I had a long clean history.
I was willing to stop.
GIVE CREATORS A CHANCE TO LEARN BEFORE PERMANENTLY REMOVING EVERYTHING THEY BUILT.
WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES. SOME OF US ACTUALLY LEARN FROM WARNINGS.
