Mahmoud, stop confusing your legal arguments with the facts. You’re not entitled to rewrite the court’s ruling because you don’t like it.
The Third Circuit didn’t rule that federal courts have no power to hear your case. It ruled that Congress established a specific process for judicial review of immigration cases.
You call the government’s allegations baseless. Fine. Challenge the evidence.
But don’t pretend a dispute over which court can hear your claims proves the government has no case.
That’s not how the law works.
Today, I asked the Supreme Court to affirm that federal courts have the power to hear my case.
The government knows all too well that its baseless allegations and smears against me cannot survive the slightest scrutiny in federal court. That’s why it is doing everything it can to keep those courts from looking at my case and to channel it into its kangaroo immigration courts.
So the question is simple: can the government weaponize immigration laws to punish someone's speech, then tell federal courts they have no power to step in?
If the answer is yes, none of our speech is safe. If the Trump administration can punish someone for pro-Palestine speech, this or any future administration can punish anyone for any speech.

Under @NewYorkStateAG Letitia James, the disparity in violent-crime victimization between Black and Hispanic New Yorkers and White New Yorkers has widened.
Black victims: 4.50 times the White rate in 2018. Now 4.68.
Hispanic victims: 2.94 times. Now 3.27.
These are NYPD complaint records, not political talking points.
James has been Attorney General since 2019. What has she done about these disparities?
Make no mistake: Letitia James is a defund-the-police politician. For her, having more criminals on the street isn’t a problem — it’s a policy.
She pushed for less police. She loves our catch-and-release bail laws. And she ignores the innocent people who keep getting attacked by repeat offenders, including our own cops.
New York needs an AG who supports the police, will fix the broken bail laws, and will lock up repeat offenders, and I’ll do just that.

ICE reports arresting Denroy Dwayne Briscoe, a convicted sex offender who sexually abused a 13-year-old girl when he was 33. He was deported, illegally returned to the United States, and was found living in Mount Vernon, NY.
ICE says it took a tip, a warrant, and a targeted federal operation to arrest him.
You’re New York’s chief law enforcement officer. Do you support ICE arresting and deporting criminals like Briscoe, or do you think New York’s sanctuary policies should protect them from federal immigration enforcement?

BREAKING: The feds are in possession of Rep. Ilhan Omar's (D-MN) DNA and personal passport as part of the federal investigation into her US citizenship, colleague @davidspunt reports. It's unclear how her DNA was obtained, but sources tell David it was NOT from a trash can or dumpster. @FoxNews is told that reports of agents dumpster diving are incorrect. Additionally, David is told the feds have her personal passport as evidence. Her official passport (via her office) has not been retrieved, and authorities aren't concerned that she fled the country. They believe she in the U.S., and feel that if she were to flee the country, it would create problems for her down the line as her husband and family members are in the US.
DHS and DOJ continue to decline comment to FOX on the investigation.

Ilhan Omar’s been missing 18 days. Agents hit the DC house on the 12th, hauled out the passport, the phone, the computers, the notebooks.
She dropped the “I’m ok. I will not be silenced” line and then disappeared.
No appearances, no interviews, no district, nothing.
Husband keeps walking the dog outside like the place is fine. The same one who never shuts up about everything suddenly has nothing to say once the feds show up with a warrant.

A 34-year-old man was shot and killed in a Midtown Manhattan subway station after an argument on the platform.
This happened at the 7th Avenue and 53rd Street station. Near Rockefeller Center and Times Square. Near Central Park and Broadway theaters. And it happened in the middle of the day — 12:21 p.m.
This is why so many families, workers, and tourists no longer feel safe in the subways.
