The CA Alliance is proud to be at NatCon 2026 in Denver this week, joining thousands of behavioral health professionals from across the country for one of the field's best gatherings. We had the pleasure of attending an outstanding session by our member organization, Didi Hirsch Mental Health Services, titled "Leading for Longevity: Keeping Crisis Teams Strong, Skilled and Inspired." With crisis workforce turnover running as high as 60% annually, the research-informed strategies shared in this session could not be more timely. We also want to give a shoutout to fellow member Pacific Clinics, who are making their presence felt here in Denver as well. Seeing our members represented at a conference is something worth celebrating. Thank you to the National Council for Mental Wellbeing for putting together such an amazing event.
