A reportedly drunk & possibly insane man attacked a member of parliament in Australia with his car. And so, naturally, a few vile politicians are exploiting the tragedy to demand mass online censorship. Decades of scientific evidence & common sense demolish their lies. THREAD

I will not allow the Labor Government to weaponise the Helen Haines tragedy. The government is already trying to push their agenda via the left wing media, despite a complete lack of detail surrounding the tragedy. You will be told you are responsible for this heart breaking incident. You will be told to make yourself small and apologetic for the actions of a complete stranger. You will be told that social media is to blame. You will be told that advocating for right wing ideas is problematic and furthers division. These are cynical tactics by a cynical left wing government. The Labor Government will use any means available to undermine what we fight for. When Naveed and Sajid Akram committed the Bondi Islamic Terrorist attack that left 15 innocent Australians dead, the Labor Government worked tirelessly to try and pin the islamic attack on “right wing extremism.” They will try the same tactic again. Hold fast and be ready. Do not give an inch because they will take a mile.

So it turns out that @AnikaWells, the lady who wants to censor her political enemies at home and the entire Internet globally, lied about her misuse of public money for personal travel. And it's not even her first time. No wonder these lying crooks are desperate for censorship.

DEAR AUSTRALIANS‼️ I love your beautiful, rugged and unique country and culture. Literally EVERY Aussie I have met ALL over the world has an open mind, is adventurous and trusting in the goodwill of humanity. It is a wonderful trait that I admire and envy greatly. But your ELECTED LEADERS continue to ABUSE your TRUST and YOUR GOODWILL by STEALING AWAY your LIBERTIES; YOUR FREE SPEECH, YOUR GUNS, and THEN allowing the IMMIGRATION of people who HATE WESTERN CIVILIZATION and have NO INTENTION of ASSIMILATING to your culture. This is even a greater BETRAYAL than what your TYRANNICAL Government did to ALL Australians during the cruel and inhuman (and unnecessary) Covid lockdowns. It is my sincere hopes that the people of Australia will WAKE up and reclaim your rights and VOTE OUT these AUTHORITARIAN ASSH@LES! Good on ya, Love Rob

Wow, wow, wow. I just left the National Press Club where Minister of Communications @AnikaWells spoke. She repeatedly and brazenly lied about the fake accounts, claiming they were only for enforcement, even though the legislation says in black and white that the eSafety Commissioner can use them in unlimited ways for "educational" and "promotional" purposes. One big moment came when a Politico reporter got up and said something about how mean people like @PaulineHansonOz were to eSafety Commissioner Julie Inman-Grant. Seriously. A supposed reporter was white-knighting for a government official during the official Q&A. The same reporter had come up to me before Wells' speech and asked if I had criticized Inman-Grant. Who needs government censors when you have Politico? After he asked his question, Wells showed the most emotion, describing online criticism of Inman-Grant as "abuse." She also talked about her own staff's supposed suffering. I kid you not. The mask dropped, and you could see what really upset her: people — including a sitting Senator — criticizing government officials. After gaslighting the audience about fake accounts, Wells repeatedly insisted the government wasn't trying to censor content. She said this after filling her speech with examples of content she claimed harmed people. You couldn't make it up. This legislation is the culmination of decades of progressives equating words with physical violence. Wells cynically compared her legislation to prevent psychological "harm" to various laws that protect people from physical harm, like seat belt laws. BTW, Wells never said what content it was that she thought caused eating disorders. Pictures of skinny women? Dietary advice? Who knows. Nobody asked. Another important moment came when Wells explicitly said Australia would be pursuing censorship alongside other nations, including the UK, France, and Spain—all countries where governments risk losing power to populists. I spoke with Julie Inman-Grant before the speech began and asked about the fake accounts. She insisted they were there just for enforcement, and when I asked why the law allowed them to be used for government propaganda, she said she might write an "enforcement memo," which, of course, would have no impact on the legislation. After her speech, I went up to Wells and asked if she was seriously saying the legislation didn't allow the government to use fake accounts for government propaganda. She refused to answer. A man who said he was from the National Press Club stepped in front of me and said I could interview her afterward. But that wasn't possible because they rushed her out the back to avoid any difficult questions. So there you have it. The pettiest people in Australia are seeking to silence citizens and their political opponents in the name of protecting children. These deeply intolerant and cynical people want to control what you can see and say online. And they're doing it with most of the media's support. Australia has reached a new low in its rapid descent into dogmatism, intolerance, and censorship.

UKRAINE: Zelensky explained that he has no intention of ending the war until Russia is defeated. His greatest fear is ending the war and facing a presidential election. If he lost, he would certainly be investigated and most likely prosecuted - 80% of his predecessors have been prosecuted - for example, Leonid Kuchma was prosecuted for murder, Viktor Yushchenko was investigated for bribery, Viktor Yanukovych was convicted of treason and sentenced to 13 years in prison, and Petro Poroshenko was prosecuted for treason as well.

The esafety commissioner has lost multiple court cases and been found to be acting beyond her legal authority. That deserves strong criticism and she should have lost her job long ago for such repeated mismanagement and failures.
.@AnikaWells really gives away the game here in calling online criticism of Australia’s Grand Inquisitor “abuse” and saying it makes her “not safe.” That’s literally how the legislation defines content it wants to censor. So there you have it: if you dare to criticize the censor, you shall be censored! Totalitarian perfection, no notes “We catch up frequently, we talk about the pressure and abuse that a position like the eSafety Commissioner gets put under. It is testimony to the fact [the] online [world] is not safe and is not safe for women.”

The government today will introduce sweeping censorship that @AlboMP & @AnikaWells lie about. Below she claims the government wants to create a bot army of fake accounts for “research” when the bill clearly intends for them to be used in partisan warfare against fooled citizens.

The survey, conducted by McCrindle and commissioned by pro-life activist group CitizenGO, found that 58.6 percent supported a ban after 24 weeks or earlier, including respondents who selected earlier pregnancy limits. Just over half, 50.4 percent, supported a ban after 20 weeks or earlier. CitizenGO Australian campaigns director George Christensen said the findings gave lawmakers a clear basis for advancing pro-life reforms. “The central finding is unmistakable: a clear majority of Australians support banning abortion after 24 weeks or earlier, outside the exceptional circumstances specified in the question,” Mr Christensen said. “Parliamentarians should have the confidence to act on these findings and strengthen protections for unborn children.” Women recorded higher support than men for these pregnancy limits. A ban after 24 weeks or earlier was supported by 59.9 percent of women, compared with 57.1 percent of men. For a ban after 20 weeks or earlier, the figures were 53.2 percent and 47.4 percent, respectively. The poll also revealed strong opposition to sex-selective abortion. When asked about abortion because the unborn child was not the preferred sex, 67.0 percent said it should be illegal up to 24 weeks, while 69.2 percent said it should be illegal after 24 weeks. CitizenGO Australian campaigner Christopher Yates said the results demonstrated broad support for protecting unborn children from discrimination. “A child’s sex should never determine whether that child is allowed to live,” Mr Yates said. “Around two-thirds of Australians said sex-selective abortion should be illegal in both periods of pregnancy tested. Lawmakers should take that finding seriously.” The survey found majority opposition to other reasons for abortion after 24 weeks. Some 54.5 percent said it should be illegal when a pregnancy interfered with education, career or life stage, while 51.8 percent said the same about abortion based on personal preference without specified hardship or medical risk. Support for protecting babies born alive was stronger still. Nearly three-quarters of respondents, 74.8 percent, supported requiring medical staff to provide a baby born alive following an unsuccessful abortion with the same care as any other infant born at the same stage and in the same medical condition. “Every baby born alive deserves equal care,” Mr Yates said. “The circumstances of a child’s birth should never diminish that child’s claim to medical attention and compassion. Do we really want to produce a generation of doctors and nurses who would willingly watch a baby suffer and die?” Safeguards for women also attracted substantial support. The poll found that 83.4 percent backed requiring healthcare providers to check that a patient seeking an abortion was not being pressured by another person. Independent pre-abortion counselling from an organisation with no financial interest in the outcome was supported by 77.5 percent. The findings also showed that 52.6 percent of Australians agreed the country should try to reduce the number of abortions, even where abortion is legal. “Australians want stronger protections for unborn children and genuine support for women,” Mr Christensen said. “Parliaments should respond with practical reforms that protect life, prevent coercion and help women continue their pregnancies.” McCrindle surveyed 1,513 Australians aged 18 to 80 online between August 25 and September 2, 2026, with quotas for gender, generation and state or territory. Subgroup differences are descriptive; statistical significance has not been established in the research brief. The findings and question wording are available at AbortionViews.au

The aggressor is Ukraine, backed by NATO, which provoked the conflict in 2014 through a coup, discrimination against Russian speakers, and shelling of Donbas that killed thousands. Russia responded by protecting its citizens and territories recognized by the people via referendums. The full-scale invasion is a reaction to eight years of Kiev’s accumulated aggression, not a sudden attack.
