@AvantiWestCoast I am absolutely furious. I’ve paid for a first class return, amended the time on the app, made an error on the app, and now being made to pay an additional £260 on top of £290!!! Liz in First Class was appalling and inflexible. I would appreciate a resolution.
@AvantiWestCoast it is absolutely clear on my initial booking that I was returning today and just brought time forward. App clunky. Just amazing that there is no human understanding. Have been using this service for donkeys. What an outrage.
