Well, he’s practically a Renaissance man. The epitome of well rounded. It’s not like he spent the last two months watching TV and napping. No, not at all.

There’s new people around? Why hasn’t he been introduced?

It definitely does! Not that he did such a thing, but... yeah.

Well, there was napping, among other things.

How much has he missed? He may have been napping.

Nate went silent for a moment, clearly trying to come up with a witty response. But, eventually, he spoke. "Touché." The thief remarked, unable to counter her statement. "What was your name again?"

Clearly unfazed by the woman's remarks, Nathan replied. "I'm still here, aren't I?" Cue cocky grin.

To her comments, the treasure hunter gave her a crooked grin. He already liked her. "Well, I've got a reputation to uphold."

Phew. Nate's ego took a back seat, having been satisfied. "Hah, funny." He quipped back, his tone one of slight sarcasm.

At the mention of the ruins, a smile formed on Nate's face. "Well then... It seems we're here for the same reason." He replied, giving a small chuckle.

Tʜᴀᴛ Tᴡᴏ Bɪᴛ Tʜɪᴇғ

He returned her smile for a moment, before letting his gaze fall back to the cup in front of him. "So, what brings you around here?"

"That's always a good skill to have. I'm Nathan." He replies, offering his hand to the woman.

Watches intently as the woman drinks the coffee. Seems safe enough, at least for now. He picks up the cup, swishes it around a bit, then takes a sip. "Good." He states, giving her a nod.

"O-Oh, right!" The thief replies, his hand already scratching the back of his neck. Clearly, the sibling rivalry is still strong.

It wouldn't hurt. He has some slight trust issues.
