Today, we honored the life of Detective Fermin “Sonny” Archer, a policing legend whose work as a criminal tracker has been studied in police academies around the country.
15 years ago, his remarkable life was cut short following an on-duty car crash that exposed the untold stress of this dangerous job. His family, inspired by his legacy, founded the Sonny Archer Law Enforcement Foundation — giving cops the tools to better manage stress and providing resources to improve their heart health.
Through this work, Sonny is still saving lives. May his memory continue to be a blessing.

I have found that my Oanda volume data used in the VWAP is almost identical to CME data through Interactive Brokers. When I put SPX500 against ES on a daily VWAP the differences are very small.
It was a concern of mine when using VWAP on Oanda.
On longer time frames it is probably even less of an issue, but I guess it depends on the quality of the data volume you are using.
But for an algo you would want everything to align perfectly.

🚨 $ETH UPDATE:
$ETH is back near $1,800… but this is still the most important level on the chart.
This isn’t the first time Ethereum has reached this area. Every previous attempt around $1,800-$1,820 has ended with a rejection, which is why I’m not rushing into a long yet.
If $ETH gets a strong close above $1,820 with volume, I’ll turn bullish and start looking for longs. That will opens the door toward $1,850-$1,900.
But if it gets rejected here again, I think another move back toward $1,750-$1,770 is much more likely.
Right now, futures activity is increasing much faster than spot buying. That tells me leverage is leading this move, not real demand. Until spot buyers step in, I’m staying cautious.
Don’t trade the prediction. Trade the confirmation. That’s how you avoid getting trapped on both sides.
What hits first on $ETH?
$1,200 or $2,000?
My timeline is filled with the people calling for $1,000 Ethereum, but I don’t think we are seeing it for now.
Ethereum has already been one of the hardest-hit major coins this cycle and is now building a strong base around the $1,500-$1,600 zone. Even with another Bitcoin flush, I think the realistic downside is around $1,200-$1,300.
Could we go below $1,200? Maybe. But I think the risk of trying to catch that exact level is much higher than people realize.
Right now, $ETH is holding better than many expected. If it reclaims $1,700, sentiment will change very quickly. The same people calling for $1,000 today will suddenly start talking about $2,000 again.
