I’m determined to tackle hate crime in our city.
Today I announced additional funding and met inspiring grassroot groups working to stop the spread of hateful narratives, reject extremist ideologies and do more to safeguard vulnerable young Londoners from misinformation online.

At this difficult time, it’s never been more important for Londoners to come together and build bridges.
Watch to see how City Hall is supporting our communities in standing up to hatred and division.

In September 2023, after years of campaigning, the Bill to tackle public sexual harassment was passed! 🥳👏
This is how girls and youth activists across the country made it happen with the #CrimeNotCompliment campaign 👇
Great to be working with @eppingforestdc again. Primary Schools in the Ninefields area have had performances of @arctheatre’s BROADCAST JUNIOR programme about staying safe and happy online

Really disappointed and disgusted with @premierinn in #Luton. Your ‘Good Nights Sleep’ Guarantee did not work for the @arctheatre team because of bed bugs!! (And a fire alarm) you’re not answering your phones either!! Please call us on 07483 342158 😡😡
Today’s play was BOY X by @coliver1956 at @EastburySchool for the whole Y8 cohort.
They were a fantastic audience and asked such good questions about County Lines, drugs, weapon carrying, and joint enterprise.
Actors: Samuel Henderson and Malachi Giscombe
Great to be back working with @eppingforestdc on @ArcTheatre’s STOP AND THINK programme 👮🏻
Yesterday we were at @EppingStJohns where their Year 7 students were a fantastic audience for us 👏🏻👏🏻
Actor in photo: @MrAJGordon 😁
Our final day of @arctheatre’s BOY X 2022 @DenbighHigh was brilliant. Huge thanks to @RozinaButt2 for looking after us so well. We look forward to returning to @lutoncouncil soon. #KnifeCrimePrevention
