The CFB 27 recruiting saga continues to get weirder and weirder! According to a PC gamer on reddit, even with NIL expectations set to 0, schools are not signing recruits in dynasty. The takeway here is it's not NIL that is causing schools to not sign recruits, it is something else entirely.

Alphonso Davies wasn’t going to change anything in that game. Without him the team created a ton of chances, but our forwards lack quality. The last thing you want on the pitch is a fullback that can’t sprint. It’s the most demanding position in the field.
