Had an amazing time talking with @JayGlazer , my partner at @Unbreakable. It’s been a while since I’ve relived those experiences. What a time. Can’t wait to be @Paris2024 as a spectator.
With the #olympic trials going on and the Olympics approaching i wanted to get a few Olympic medalists in the next month or so to give us an inspiring and inside look of what it’s like to compete in that experience. This is such amazingly cool inside look from two-time silver medalist and former captain of the US Olympic Wowen’s Volleyball Team @napela on this week’s Unbreakable: A Mental WEALTH Podcast. Download at link below to get the inside look at the Olympic journey with us. Great convo! #openingceremony #mentalhealth @unbreakable

#USAVwnt had a decade of success in 2010-2019, including the only country to win 2⃣ #Olympic medals in women's volleyball and capturing the 2014 @FIVBVolleyball World Championship title. What fortunes await @teamusa this decade?

Good to hear from Mike, but too bad he can't make it here this weekend for the Final Four. He was one of the few coaches at the U I got along with really well. Those were some fun teams, and traveling to Hawaii to cover them wasn't too bad either.

Definitely worth a read on @Napela. One of my favorite athletes to watch over the years. #Gophers need to recruit more players from the islands ;)
