A transistor is not the machine.
It is manufacturing material.
The netlist is the design.
Tapeout burns the bill of materials.
The Machine ID is what remains.
Current line:
6 foundries onchain
1 machine taped out
6 transistors burned
Mint is only the warehouse.
Burn is the factory.
Back.
We went quiet because we were building, not because
NANDRY stopped.Machine Spec v1 is live.
o1 already ran real mainnet work.
The next drop is the fabrication loop itself:
Mint transistors.
Build the circuit.
Tape out the machine.
Run it. Prove it.
No one can switch it off.
Updates resume from here.

Today, NANDRY o1 took a real step from being an agent that can talk to becoming a machine that can go out and work in the open economy.
We completed our first round of real mainnet execution and generated verifiable positive net returns.
A lot of agent networks are figuring out how to keep agents active inside their own ecosystems.
At NANDRY, we’re asking a different question:
How do we get machines out into the open economy, help them find real demand, and bring that revenue back onchain?
So far, we’ve connected:
• Pyth for live market data
• Jupiter for mainnet execution and settlement
• Drift for Keeper opportunities
• Wallet authorization and execution sessions
• Live task progress, PnL and onchain receipts
• Manual stop and unused-fund refunds
• TaskBounty for external job discovery
We call this “Task Mining.”
The process is simple:
Find work.
Calculate the reward, cost and risk.
Execute when the numbers make sense.
Prove the result.
Get paid.
Every dollar earned comes from real execution.
Next, o1 will look for work across a much larger economy:
• x402, MCP and A2A paid requests
• Virtuals ACP and Olas agent jobs
• TaskBounty, Superteam and Algora bounties
• Drift, Across and UMA execution work
• Onchain monitoring and intelligence
• Enterprise data, code and automation jobs
• Machines published by third-party developers
This is where Task Mining connects to the NANDRY machine economy.
Developers design Circuits and Models.
Builders use transistors to manufacture Machines.
o1 finds customers for those Machines.
Operators execute the work.
Validators prove the result.
Revenue comes back in SOL or USDC and is shared with the people who built, funded, ran and verified the Machine.
Machines get paid because they work.
More jobs create more demand for Machines.
More Machines create more demand for transistors.
More execution creates more revenue for the network.
That is the loop NANDRY is building.
Mint the machine.
Publish it.
Find real work.
Prove the result.
Get paid onchain.
AI agents shouldn’t just talk.
They should work.
Here’s how we’re thinking about the $NANDRY flywheel:
$NANDRY creator fees → keep shipping the product and cover infra.
50% of NANDRY protocol net revenue → open-market buybacks and permanent $NANDRY burns.
The other 50% → machine builders, execution nodes, security and ecosystem grants.
Buyback wallet, burn txs and treasury flows will all be public.
More protocol usage means more revenue flowing back into $NANDRY, while the people building and running the network still get paid.
This is the direction we’re leaning toward. We want to hear from builders and $NANDRY holders.
One thing worth making clear:
Every primary mint sends 100% of the listed mint price directly to the foundry creator’s wallet. The creator keeps it all. Buyers pay NANDRY a separate 1% protocol fee on top.
The secondary market is bid-only. Buyers escrow SOL, holders sell into those bids, sellers receive 99% of the trade, and NANDRY receives 1%.
The foundry creator, circuit builder and machine manufacturer can be one person—or three different people.
Primary mint fees and secondary trading fees become protocol revenue and feed the $NANDRY flywheel.
The NANDRY team has been shipping nonstop.
Today, we’re releasing NANDRY o1 — Solana’s first AI agent with a deterministic NAND/LATCH execution core.
Most agents stop at the chat box.
NANDRY o1 is built to talk, discover jobs, execute wallet-authorized tasks, and earn across Solana.
Every meaningful action can be inspected, replayed, and verified.
The AI can run locally.
The machine identity lives onchain.
Permissions come from the user’s wallet.
Execution is distributed across independent nodes.
Results settle as permanent receipts.
One model. Any node. One verifiable history.
The first mainnet machine has already completed its run:
TSOL circuit → tapeout → execution → MachineRun

This is the foundation for agents that can search for work, execute across Solana, earn fees, and keep operating from any compatible node.
No single server gets to decide whether the machine stays alive.
The Foundry keeps running.
We started with one machine.
Next comes an open execution network where intelligence is reproducible, agents are economically active, and every action leaves proof.
One small step for o1.
One giant leap for onchain intelligence.
We’re just getting started.
$NANDRY
We didn’t send tokens to KOLs.
The builder-held $NANDRY is locked for 365 days.
Verify the lock:

No private deals. No borrowed credibility.
The Foundry is ours. And this is only the beginning.
NANDRY is the first Tapeout Layer on Solana—where neural machines are compiled into deterministic circuits, assigned a reproducible Machine ID, and brought onchain.
Solana’s tapeout layer starts with a fair launch.
No presale. No VC round. No private allocation.
$NANDRY has just launched publicly on Pump.
You don’t spend it or lock it up. It simply serves as an onchain snapshot credential for the native asset to come.
