Some things we've learned regarding Ilhan Omar besides what we've already reported. Yes, the feds seized a cell-phone and passport--but not from her directly. Ilhan Omar had fled her home 30 minutes before the raid. The feds fond $2m cash (as we reported) 4 cell phones, and a PASSPORT CARD in the house. However, they did not seize her actual US passport or her congressional passport. This morning we spoke with a State Department representative, Thomas Piggot, who told us, as far as he knows, the State Department has not banned her from international travel. We believe she fled the country the day of the raid.

I had dinner last night with an old friend of mine who is an ex-FBI agent. He is still in contact with his FBI buddies who are still on the job. He told me two things: 1. Omar was running a pay to play program and has illegally brought hundreds of Somalians into the USA. 2. Both Democrats and Republicans were getting kickbacks from the money sent to help Ukraine. They told Ukraine they needed the money to help convince more Americans to be OK with sending them even more money. But things went sideways when the Ukrainian leaders also started to follow the example of their USA fraudsters and started taking nearly half of the money for themselves.

The NFL should cancel this game.
Saints are scheduled to leave tonight for Paris, where they play the Steelers next Sunday at Stade de France. Despite intense riots and social unrest there, the NFL says the game is on.
“Preparations continue as scheduled for NFL events and the game at Stade de France next Sunday,” the NFL said. “We continue to work closely with local authorities and partners on all operational and security matters. We are also providing the two clubs with regular updates. There’s been no disruption or impact at league sites.”
