As we celebrate International Women's Week, let's recognize the incredible contributions women make. Tomorrow, March 8th, is International Women's Day—a time to honor their achievements. There are many women who are instrumental to the dairy industry & agriculture as a whole.

Canada is about to have a moment. We get to stare down the biggest bully in western history. He thinks we can't hack it. He thinks we will fold to economic pressure. He has no idea what we can accomplish together. Our country has never lost a war. We ain't losing this one either.
Great panel this morning with @realagriculture Shaun Haney. Great speaker!

Yesterday morning on Signal Hill, these two hooligans had a case of the zoomies! They'd run around like mad and meet in the middle for a quick wrestling match before having another zoomie fit. Over and over. I couldn't get over how playful these two were!

I farm along side my parents, Colin and Trish, my brother, Craig and my husband, Chris. Working with family really has its pros and cons. But thankfully the pros far outweigh the cons. We each have our own strengths that help make our farm successful.

Every Thursday our veterinarians come to do “herd health”. They do fresh checks, pregnancy checks, and anything else we need checked out. With the help of ultrasounds, our vets can determine if a cow is pregnant as early as 30 days. We have around 40 cows to check weekly.
