This is why the United States, the United Kingdom and other Western countries are rejecting and abandoning international law.
Are we in the UK losing control of our democratic right to choose who controls us? If the Mayor of London has no say over who controls the training of the London police, then we ourselves have no choice at the boundaries those police set for us,the citizens. Dangerous precedent.
NEW: 🇮🇱 🇬🇧 Palantir has just OVERRIDDEN the Mayor of London after Sadiq Khan tried to BLOCK their contract with the Met Police.
Khan dared to oppose the foreign totalitarian Zionist spytech company backed by Peter Thiel embedding itself into our police, yet Palantir somehow managed to get the high court to overrule him…
Now they can bid again for the £50M contract.
If a company like Palantir, that uses its products to literally kill and control people, can force our own politicians to back down what does that mean for society?
Palantir is set to be embedded into British Police, healthcare and defence. A total takeover. @andyburnham this is travesty.

This is such an inappropriate letter from the Chair of the EHRC, Dr. Mary Stephenson.
Some important background: TWO Parliamentary Select Committes refused to endorse Stephenson as Chair of the EHRC in 2025. The Joint Human Rights Committee Chair AND the Women and Equalities Committee refused to endorse Stephenson as Chair.
They issued a joint letter to Bridget Philipson, saying that they had concerns about "vision and leadership, about breadth of
expertise across the wide remit of the EHRC, and about rebuilding trust."
The Committees said that Stephenson "did not demonstrate a suitable depth of understanding of enough issues facing groups with
other protected characteristics including race and disability."
A Chair of the EHRC who failed to demonstrate a suitable depth of understanding of issues related to racism! You can't make it up.
Bridget Philipson, one of the Labour Together's infamous "brave" eight MPs, appointed her anyway.
Last month, Stephenson was given a soft-soap interview in The Telegraph, which lingered on her "gender critical views" and her role in confronting "Orwellian" trans-rights activists.
Based on this correspondence with Tapp, it appears Stephenson is already making pronouncements before a substantive investigation has even begun and before she has received any submissions from the Green Party or other interested parties. The wording strongly suggests that she has already determined the motion to be potentially discriminatory, with a determination centring on the practical application of the motion.
It is outrageously presumptuous and tin-eared, not least because she is now investigating a matter already pronounced upon by Philipson, who appointed Stephenson in the teeth of Parliament's wishes. The potential for a perception of conflicts of interest is obvious - and Stephenson should be behaving with this in mind, not offering opinions without hearing any representations.
The EHRC is one of most farcical and inept of all the various Quangos created by Blairism. It has repeatedly been found wanting in is relationship with the black, Muslim and trans communities. It's report into the Labour Party was replete with the most basic, painful factual errors; the lead Commissioner on that report was found sharing extremely problematic content online.
I fear another stitch-up is on the cards - and I'd urge the Green Party to lawyer up fast, and make it clear they will fight the EHRC through the courts.
We welcome confirmation today from the Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) that, following our formal complaint, it has written to the Green Party to establish the facts surrounding its “Zionism is racism” motion and its practical implications.
The EHRC has also acknowledged the vulnerability many Jewish people may be feeling following the motion.
Antisemitism and discrimination have no place in British politics. We welcome the EHRC taking our concerns seriously and look forward to its further consideration of this matter.

Neghus: Where is this company's headquarters?
Noem: I don't know.
Neghus: Neither do I. We couldn't find it. But we found an address registered to a political activist. This company, which received $143 million, was established just 8 days before this contract was awarded.
Do you expect the American people to believe all of this is legal, and that $143 million in taxpayer money just happened to go to a company with no headquarters, no website, no prior experience working with the federal government, and apparently registered at or linked to a political activist's residence? And, of course, one of the subcontractors on this deal is a political firm connected to you from your time as governor of South Dakota?

This is just appalling and disgraceful.
The political project Philipson was part of systematically targeted, investigated and suspended left-wing Jews for years. They changed the Rule Book to remove the application of natural justification to retrospective proscription - a move that had the effect of disproportionately expelling Jewish people.
Party leaders and affiliates have explicitly said that anti-Zionism is antisemitism, casting Jews and Palestinians alike out of Labour politics.
I really thought that Burnham, as flawed as he is, would have put a lid on this cynical and irresponsibmr political use antisemitism for short-term gain.
Instead, it seems they've leant nothing - either from the collapse of the Labour Party under Starmer and the total discrediting of this chap banishment politics in the time of genocide.
Newsflash: large numbers of the people Miliband just admitted were right all along on Gaza were precisely those people chased away from the Labour Party through the cynical use of antisemitism as a political football.

RON WARMINGTON SAYS THIS IS BIGGER THAN POST OFFICE SCANDAL
The man who helped expose the @PostOffice scandal says he has found a cover-up that is bigger than Horizon. Nobody seems to be listening, which sounds familiar.
Ron Warmington is a 75 year old fraud investigator and former Citibank director. He and his colleague Ian Henderson were hired by the Post Office to examine the Horizon computer system, then fired. Their interim report found two bugs that hit 76 branches. The @ITV drama merged the pair into one character called Bob Rutherford.
Ron Warmington now says the next monstrous cover-up is the air inside passenger jets. He says pilots are being harmed, sometimes catastrophically, by toxic fumes in cabin air, and that the airline industry and regulators keep denying it. His words for it are global, real, and bigger than Horizon.
He expects this to burst into public awareness with explosive force. He suspects a major crash will happen at some point, with a comatose pilot and co-pilot letting go of the controls on descent. He says there have already been near misses.
This is a man who spent his career toning things down and never crying wolf. On this one he calls the situation outrageous.
He came to it through Ian Warren, a subpostmaster wrongly accused of stealing £18,000. Ian Warren met Captain John Hoyte @JohnHoytePilot by chance at an event in Norfolk. Ron Warmington has advised John Hoyte’s group, the Aerotoxic Association @AerotoxicAssoc, ever since. He says the members are trying to get attention and nobody is paying any.
His Horizon comparison is about risk. The Post Office made the risk decisions and pushed the burden onto postmasters. In aviation he says the burden falls on crew, passengers and the people the planes could land on. He believes airlines have stretched out engine maintenance, so oil leaks get worse, and that boards hope the problem goes away because fixing it threatens their jobs. That is his view of the story.
The record backs the concern. Over 20 years, more than 50 recommendations and findings from 12 air accident bodies worldwide have related to contaminated air. The UK Air Accidents Investigation Branch has twice asked for contaminated air warning systems on large passenger aircraft. Manufacturers and regulators dismissed it. No aircraft flying today has a detection system. The Civil Aviation Authority says there is no positive evidence of a link to long-term health effects.
The Post Office denied it for years. Ron Warmington has heard this script before.
Helen McArdle reported his comments in The Herald @heraldtweets in September 2024. If you are a journalist, this is your story. If you fly, please share this so more people know.

It’s reported today that Sally Rooney, who many believe is one of the best authors of her generation, has been advised that because she has expressed support for Palestine Action she could be arrested if she comes to the UK. Because she is donating some of the money from the sale of her books to Palestine Action her publishers have been advised that they too could be prosecuted if they sell her books in any form and so they have removed them from the bookshelves and other outlets. I do not want anyone in the UK to miss out on her wonderful writing and so I thought I would read the first paragraphs of her terrific book “Normal People.” I hope others will read further sections of the book so that people do not lose out on the joy of reading h her works.

🆘 This is Sir James Eadie QC, the Government’s own barrister, in the Court of Appeal in 2019.
Listen carefully to what he says.
Theresa May was, he told the court, “entirely well aware” of the “notorious” facts surrounding the referendum: the Electoral Commission findings, police investigations, ICO work and parliamentary scrutiny.
And then this:
“It’s perfectly obvious that the PM has decided to carry on.”
🔥 That is the heart of it.
The referendum was advisory. Serious unlawful conduct had already been established around the campaign. The PM knew the findings and proceeded anyway.
At the same time, Parliament had authorised the Article 50 notification, but had never expressly enacted the separate Article 50(1) decision to withdraw. That was the issue raised in my own Webster judicial review.
The courts refused permission in both Webster and Wilson. Now, years later, we are being told that Russia also interfered in the 2016 referendum.
That is why this can no longer be brushed aside as old Brexit litigation.
We need a statutory public inquiry under the Inquiries Act 2005.
We need the documents, the intelligence assessments, the Cabinet record, the legal advice, the witnesses under oath, and the full Article 50 decision-making trail.
Because the question is now very simple:
What did the Government know, when did it know it, and on what basis was Britain actually taken out of the European Union?
