Days after winning Michigan’s Senate seat and becoming the first Muslim U.S. Senator, he launched Habibi PAC, a leadership PAC registered with the FEC (sponsored by him, filed around Nov. 5–6, 2026).
“Habibi” is the Arabic term of endearment (“my beloved” / “my dear”) he used on the campaign trail and in his victory speech to jab JD Vance: “JD, habibi, there is this delicious irony in the fact that you’re constitutionally obligated to swear me in in January.” Supporters even wore “Habibi for Abdul” shirts.
This is Taqiyya in action. The warm, friendly face and soft Arabic branding while immediately standing up a money machine to fund allies, build clout, and advance the agenda. Leadership PACs exist to support other candidates and grow influence, not his own re-election.
He campaigned hard on “no corporate PAC money” and “money out of politics.” Reality: he benefited from Super PACs (including CAIR-linked groups and Fighting for Michigan, which received large sums from his father-in-law, a former CAIR-Michigan president with ISNA ties).
Family connections to Muslim Brotherhood-linked networks were documented and denied.
This PAC should be watched closely.

The coordinated pressure on OPEC created artificial increases that Democrats then used to attack Trump’s record. Officials who participated expected the election outcome to allow an immediate reversal. The plan failed to account for Trump remaining in power and the continued high prices that never dropped on schedule. The district attorney’s documents now place the full sequence of contacts into public view.
The obvious play by the Democrats has been exposed as a deliberate effort to make Trump look bad at the pump. Gas prices were treated as a campaign weapon rather than a market result. The emails confirm the intent to maintain the elevated levels only until the votes were cast. Americans who paid more during those months deserve the complete records released without delay. The coordination stands documented and the planned return to normal never arrived under the timeline they set.

A Maryland sheriff just walked into Congress, stared down Democrats, and said what they never wanted on the record.
Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler of Harford County didn’t come to play nice. He came to accuse his own state’s sanctuary laws of turning Maryland into a safe harbor for criminal illegal aliens — and then he sued to blow those laws apart.
He laid it out cold:
The 287(g) program that lets local jails screen inmates for ICE? Signed into law by Bill Clinton. Expanded under Barack Obama. Both Democrats.
Harford County used it. They checked every inmate.
Now Maryland’s Democratic legislature is trying to BAN the exact same tool.
So Gahler and 17 other Maryland sheriffs — two-thirds of the state’s sheriffs — filed a federal lawsuit to strike down the Community Trust Act as unconstitutional and dangerous.
He told Congress the murders of Kayla Hamilton and Rachel Morin in his own county were 100% preventable if federal immigration law had simply been enforced.
His demand was blunt: Kill these ultra-sanctuary policies before more innocent people die.
This isn’t a press release. This is a sheriff who refused to stand down.

Democrats Are About to Throw Out the Electoral College Without Touching the Constitution
No constitutional amendment. No two-thirds vote in Congress. No ratification by three-fourths of the states. And certainly no meaningful national debate about whether Americans actually want to abandon the presidential election system we’ve used for more than two centuries.
They’re doing it through the National Popular Vote Interstate Compact. Blue states agree to ignore their own voters and award their electors to whoever wins the national popular vote.
Once enough states join to reach 270 electoral votes, the Electoral College is dead in practice, without ever amending the Constitution.
This is not reform. It is an end-run around Article II and the Founders’ design.
The Electoral College exists to protect the small states, preserve federalism, and stop a handful of big coastal population centers from deciding every presidential election.
Democrats have never liked that balance. Now they are trying to erase it by statute and interstate agreement instead of the amendment process the Constitution requires.
They are not asking the country. They are not following the rules. They are simply declaring that the system that has worked for 230 years no longer suits their political interests.
If they can nullify the Electoral College this way, what constitutional safeguard do they plan to sidestep next?

Now it’s on the record.
The House voted Tuesday to condemn socialism “in all its forms.”
H.Res. 1490 passed 220–192. Every Republican voted yes. Eight Democrats crossed the aisle. Two voted present. 192 Democrats voted no.
Jeffries voted no. Democratic leadership voted no. Almost the entire caucus refused to denounce socialism and the Democratic Socialists of America.
This was not a gotcha.
The resolution does five things:
Condemns and denounces socialism in all its forms, including the DSA, and opposes socialist policies in the United State.
Reaffirms free, fair, and secure elections.
States that American elections are for American citizens only.
Recommits the House to the Constitution.
Calls for enactment of the SAVE America Act so noncitizens cannot vote.
192 Democrats could not vote for that.
Rep. Jeff Crank of Colorado, who wrote it, said the quiet part out loud: ten or fifteen years ago this would have passed unanimously. Not anymore. Since the 2025 New York City mayoral win, DSA-aligned candidates have run in more than a hundred races in at least half the states. They are winning primaries. Their platform is not a rumor. It calls to abolish the Senate, replace the President and the Supreme Court with officials chosen by Congress, abolish the Electoral College, grant mass amnesty, and let noncitizens and people with criminal convictions vote.
That is why this vote matters. Socialism is no longer a campus poster. It is a faction with elected officials, a written program, and a party that will not even condemn it on the House floor.
The excuse will be the SAVE America Act. Fine. Then say it plainly: they would rather protect a voting bill fight than put their names on a sentence that says socialism is wrong and only citizens should vote.
That is a choice.
History already ran this experiment. Socialist ideology concentrates power. Again and again it collapsed into communist regimes, famine, and mass murder. More than 100 million dead is not a talking point. It is the record. It does not become “affordability.” It becomes the state owning your work, your property, and the rules of the next election.
If they will not condemn it in a nonbinding resolution, they will not stop it when they hold power. Midterms are weeks away. This roll call is the scoreboard.
Eight Democrats stood up: Castor, Cuellar, Davis, Golden, Gonzalez, Gluesenkamp Perez, Soto, and Vasquez. The rest of the caucus told the country where it stands.
Freedom or socialism. They just chose a side. Choose yours.
