We Sold PartSeek(.)com for a 3,000% profit (the buyer got an amazing deal) [@Not_Renewing test day 12/30] Sell Price: 99$ [Wholesale Liquidation] Purchase Price: 4$ HT: ~25 days - day 12/30 of our NotRenewing platform test This is our third sale out of now 42 domains. We added more domains as well as are testing out all the features on NotRenewing to make the test more thorough and interesting. We have added around 10 more domains (if requested, we can add a list of our current domains that we are selling in the replies). We are currently testing the domains promotion features. There are 2 self serve promotion features in the dashboard. One is it will pin your domain to the top of the marketplace for 7 days. The other is you will get featured in the newsletter. We have mostly been testing the pin feature. Only 1/3 domains that we have sold have been domains we where we tested the paid promotion (that being PartySeek(.)com). And in our opinion, PartySeek(.)com for 99$ is already an incredible deal for buyers so we aren't sure if it would have sole naturally or not without the promotion. So we don't have any concrete opinions yet on the sites promotional features. After you sell a domain on NotRenewing, there is about a 5 day period before they process your payout. We have received our payouts on time so far. I wan't to re-itterate that even though we have had almost all good things to say about NotRenwing so far, we are not affiliated, sponsored, etc. in any way shape or form by them. We also actually purchased the domain ZeroDay(.)xyz from NotRenewing around 3 days ago and the purchase and push process went smoothly. A small feature that I wish they added was a way to privately "save" domains. I understand why they don't have it, but I prefer generally when I click the "like" or "shortlist" button on a platform that it doesn't "boost" that domain. However, thinking from a growth/business perspective I think it's an overall positive as they try and grow the platform. Feel free to ask any questions via DM or replies and I'll answer them as best I can. If you want me to test out any features in particular let me know as well :) Also, congrats to the buyer of PartySeek(.)com. I think you got an amazing deal. Honestly, if we weren't doing this test we probably wouldn't have listed it for even close to 99$. I think that PartySeek(.)com is a $4,500+ domain easily.

ai(.)exchange sale backstory: - The seller backordered it for 200$ in 2019. - He held it for 7 years through renewals. - Sold it for 100K about 1-2 months ago (June 2026) He stayed holding the domain even though it was a 110$ a year renewal cost. 馃 inspiring story

Two-syllable brandables are the quiet winners of this cycle. They are the bread and butter. Short, easy to say, no hyphens, no spelling debates. That is what closes a deal fast in any TLD. Most portfolios are heavy on descriptive three-word names that nobody wants to type. Trim those and buy syllables instead.

Don't start domain investing full time unless you have 10k in seed money. Also, don't expect your first "great domain investing idea" to work. If you want to be a successful domainer, you need to be able to forecast accurately within whatever niche you choose. This is a hard ability to quantify, so the best way I can is to tell you to treat each domain you buy like you would a stock trade. You need to have a plan for each domain you buy, the same way someone who makes a stock trade has to stick to a plan and not stray due to emotion. Make sure you have an idea as to what a reasonable timeframe for sales is w/ your price and inbound only (2-10 yrs). Also make sure you are comfortable with the yearly renewal cost for that TLD for the expected hold time. (if you don't know renewal costs for different TLDs, then make sure to learn, and don't buy .tech domains for now lol) Good luck, don't have expectations, play the long game, have a plan, approach as a longterm investment, make sure to manage cashflow, figure out why your acquisition angle is better/smarter than everyone else's.

We Sold PuppyWag(.)com in 5 days via @Not_Renewing (3,300% return)馃攳 Sell Price: 99$ [Wholesale Liquidation] Purchase Price: 3$ HT: 20 days - Day 7/30 of NotRenewing Test -- Second 99$ sale of 33 active listings listed 5 days ago (in the replies to this I have added my NotRenewing sales dashboard) This is a follow up to my first post regarding my NotRenewing 30day test I started on Aug 3rd (I want to reiterate again, I am not affiliated/sponsored/etc with NotRenewing in any way shape or form. They had no pre-knowledge I was doing this test at all) Notes: So far I am very impressed with NotRenewing, if you want my full breakdown reference my first post where I had a sale the same day as listing. So far I think that NotRenewing is an extremely needed & helpful tool for both buyers and sellers in the domain aftermarket space. On the sell side, you have an easy, straightforward, hands-off, platform to liquidate domains that you weren't going to renew anyways. On the buy side, you have a platform to search for incredible deals from other domain investors that are wholesaling their domains. On a technical buy level, you have to decide if you think when/if the domain drops, if it will auction for more than 99$. If you think it will, then you have an extremely good opportunity to get "off market" deals at a fixed price. NotRenewing is a net positive on the buyer & seller side in the domain aftermarket space. They take a 9$ fee on the sell side which I am more than happy to pay. I have enough data to where I would confidently recommend NotRenewing to any domain investor as a liquidity tool. If you're going to let a domain drop anyways, you might as well list it on NotRenewing. There's no downside. I am going to continue this test, if there are any updates or changes I will make a post on X. I know so far it's been a NotRenewing praise session on my X, but trust me if I have any negatives I will update here with full transparency. I just haven't had any so far. It's rare that a new SaaS tool actually solves a problem nowadays so I am very happy that NotRenewing has found a niche and is crushing it. Possible Domain Investor NotRenewing Playbook: - Sign Up & upload 25 domains that you aren't renewing - wait for a 99$ sell - once you sell one, use that liquidity to buy a more valuable domain on NotRenewing or from auctions, etc. - repeat Good luck, if you have any questions regarding my experience so far respond with it and I'll give you honest answers. #AddTransparencyToTheDomainInvestingCommunity

Even if you're the most technical founder in the world and make the best product the world has seen, you are still going to have to decide what to call it. There's a lot of things you can delegate as a startup, vision & branding is not one of them. Nowadays with how competitive/accessible the startup scene is, branding is more important than ever. For example, if you were a VC getting 8 pitches a day, are you going to remember SellDomainsFastToday[.]com or Domains[.]co ? Your answer can be either, but it's likely Domains[.]co . Its first impression gives off professionalism, establishment, and "buy in". First impressions are more important than ever for B2C & B2B brands. If you are technical, make sure you find yourself someone who has a grasp of the current startup branding landscape or you will fail.

a domain is one of the first things someone buys when they decide to build something. which means domain registrations are an early signal of where startups are heading before the products even exist. right now the movement is all toward .ai and short brandables. worth watching. with how much information people consume daily, a memorable, short, brandable domain is more important than ever in todays internet landscape. .com is both less important than ever now, but still has incredible high trust signals. Example: Domains[.]com vs Domains[.]now Which one would you remember?

We Sold Zatton(.)com SAME DAY via @Not_Renewing (3,300% return)馃攳 Sell Price: 99$ [Same Day Liquidation Mini Sale] Purchase Price: 3$ HT: 15 days - Day 3/30 of NotRenewing Test -- We're planning on posting updates as they happen and/or a day 30 final analysis. This is not sponsored whatsoever, but if you're a domainer & haven't heard of it yet, it's time to learn. I listed ~25 "liquidation domains" from my portfolio on Not Renewing around 3 days ago to test it out because I had been seeing a lot about it on X. Within 3 hours, I had my first sale. As a domain investor, not every purchase is going to be a winner. In fact most of them won't be & wont fit your portfolio by the time expiration comes. We often have 500+ domains in our portfolio at any given time. We also broker/manage thousands of domains on top of that. We have let hundreds and hundreds of domains expire over the course of our time in business. Marketplaces like NotRenewing are a great "last chance" liquidation solutions for domain investors for domains that they plan on letting expire anyways. NotRenewing, @goexpired and DomainLanders are amazing tools for the BUY side as well. You can lock in a domain for 99$ rather than risking missing the backorder and/or the auction. As a domainer, you're limited by the tools at your disposal. No matter how much creativity & good ideas you have, if you don't list your domain everywhere, it wont sell. Treat every domain purchase like a stock buy, where you estimate hold time, backup plans, backtest, etc. And most importantly, follow through with your plan. Don't let emotions take over. TLDR: Tested out a new site 3 days ago for liquidating domains & sold 1/25 listed for 3,300% return. Suggest other domain investors look into the tool.

.io is not going anywhere and people keep telling on themselves when they say it is. dozens of billion dollar companies run on .io. the infrastructure crowd trusts it more than .com in a lot of cases. what is the tld's do you think are actually underrated right now? in my opinion here are some underrated TLD's: .so .sh .xyz (for more than on chain stuff) .me (for personal brands) .co (high trust signal in my opinion) .now (new we will see) .bot (depends on how long the ai bubble lasts)

wow @atomHQ seems to have a new game-shifting feature coming out ever week nowadays. Careful with the vibe coding Atom team, make sure someone doesn't find a glitch to buy all my instant transfer domains for 1$馃槀 Kidding, I'm so happy there's finally innovation in the space鉂わ笍
Two weeks ago, we published DomainAttest.org, an open spec for domain ownership verification. Today, @Porkbun became the first registrar after Atom to implement it. Domains at Porkbun and Atom can now be verified in one click. No TXT records. No propagation delays. No nameserver changes. Two registrars in two weeks. Every registrar that follows moves instant verification closer to becoming the norm, not the exception.
