Great to see recognition of this building - repairs to paneling and frame recently led by our @NagleMuzz and @assoc_f with @FarcroftUK undertaking the work
Good news! The Oak House in West Bromwich has had its listing status upgraded to Grade I by @DCMS 🎉 The black and white house dates to the late 16th century, and is a good example of a large yeoman’s house built in the West Midlands vernacular tradition of box timber-framing.
