Hot take: I think the new voice actors are better than their previous ones. That doesn’t mean I’m disparaging Hank Azaria’s talent.

After listening to Rubber Soul all the way through. I can see why so many people have said it was The Beatles start of their maturity as song writers. I can see the influence it had on the late Brian Wilson for Pet Sounds, especially ‘God Only Knows’.

Rubber Soul was often a Beatles album I often skip and listen to some of it occasionally but hearing it now all the way through, it’s certainly deserved to be called The Beatles’ best, except for the track ‘Run For Your Life’ not just for its dark lyrics but it feels…

…like such a weak closure to the record that would work better if it were placed earlier. I think ‘In My Life’ would’ve been a better close off for side B.

NA commercial for Pokémon Red and Blue on the Nintendo Game Boy (1998). Playing on the “Gotta Catch ‘Em All” slogan, it features an animation of Pokémon being captured in a vacuum cleaner.

Also despite it being on YouTube first, I’m just happy to see that ABC is still Thomas’ Australian home for nearly 40 years! I remember earlier in the year everyone was worried that it would just be exclusive to that.

She’s definitely coming back, she has the Railway Stories facial features for the female characters on her model.

I have to wonder, is Marion actually back or is she just there for show like the original Harold model, also there being a quarry set must mean Mavis bill and Ben are returning

The fact that Disney made this a streaming exclusive is such a crime. Since it was planned to be attached with Wish. How amazing it would be to see Disney 2D animation in a cinema!
