We have been monitoring the announcements and weather updates from the met office closely and the situation is likely to deteriorate further through the evening and tonight. Therefore, in the best interest of learner safety the NSETC will be closed on Friday 2nd March.

We are open to all students this morning (Thursday 1st March) NSETC will be closed by mid day today due to the change to a red alert later on today to ensure that our learners and staff can make provisions to get home safely. Please check back here for further updates.

NSETC is planning to open as normal on Thursday 1st March. Where possible, parents are requested to make preparations in case of an early closure. Please consider everything to be 'as normal' unless notified otherwise by ParentMail or on our social media accounts.

We just had an exciting presentation by Fiona from @Tomorrows_Eng Fiona talked about all the exciting job opportunities available to our students and how NSETC is in the perfect place to prepare them. What amazed us was only 7% of engineer apprentices are female!!!
